Hotéis perto de New Luosiwan area, Kunming

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Checking in and out was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The room was absolutely amazing! It was my first time staying in a hotel with a Chinese-style design, and it felt very new. The room itself was huge and came with a self-service laundry room. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with excellent soundproofing, so you won't be disturbed by corridor noise at all. The guest rooms have good natural light and ventilation, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes great. The staff are attentive and considerate, showing great attention to detail. I had a relaxing and reassuring stay, and I highly recommend it!
