The room is so amazing: clean and comfortable. it has everything you need! The washing machine worked very well.
The most impressive part is the host. She is very nice and friendly. She and her daughter brought us for a local food tour during our stay.
We discovered many lifestyles and interesting stories in Kunming by her being guided. Really thanks to her!
Recommended for anyone who want a comfortable stay and real local experience:))

在昆明中轉，本地朋友推薦住悦中心，這家民宿給了意外的驚喜，房間空間很大，環境乾淨。交通便利，出了白雲路地鐵站步行四分鐘，樓下餐廳很多，對面是同德廣場，逛吃逛吃很方便。

無敵了好吧哥們各方面都是降維打擊就這個價位在同德廣場正對面地鐵口50米這個位置這樣的酒店我還能説什麼whatcanisay房間上下接近100平的房間寬敞但不顯得空曠房間裏面的沙發和桌椅造型都很精緻衞生也很棒就像在住自己家的房間一樣兩層設施都挺完善的我那間還有洗衣粉洗潔精可以使用要説意見可能就是燈光控制最開始可能不知道怎麼用感覺有點怪怪的然後晚上空調要開大一點效果才比較好因為空調櫃機在下面客廳其他方面噪音啊熱水啊服務啊我覺得都蠻不錯的下次來昆明希望還能保持這樣的價格

這棟樓裏面有很多酒店，但是衹有他家差評最少，然後我最看重的衞生分最高，房型很大，很有家的感覺，雖然樓層低，但是不影響視野，也不會有衞生間水小，反臭各種問題，良心推薦！

訂酒店後確認慢，在寒風中瑟瑟發抖的等了半小時才確認，給安排的地下停車場也是在負四，又轉兩趟電梯才到房間，沒有蹲坑，馬桶冰冷冷的太難用了，洗澡水也非常小，住宿體驗太差勁了，還328元，再也不會去了。
