環境很好 服務也很好 位置好找 店裡的阿姨也和藹可親的 整體感覺很好的 房間裝修的很有調調

I was traveling for business and flight only landed at 1am. Prior to my leaving the hotel contacted me and helped me get to the location by communicating with the taxi driver. I was surprised by then going communication as I have never experienced this before and it helped me by relieving the stress of communication I. Chinese as I am an English speaker. The person who kept in contact with me spoke English fluently and was extremely helpful.the location was very convenient and the surrounding setting is beautiful. The reason I gave three stars for the amenities is because the breakfast was very traditional Chinese, steamed bread with watery rice. And no coffee or tea. There was no restaurant or food service available from the hotel. However I gave it 5 stars for location, service and cleanliness because regardless of lacking food and beverage the 1903 mall is a 6 min walk and has many restaurants and places to get coffee and a good western style breakfast. The room was spacious with a private bathroom, very clean. The Aunty that helped me couldn’t speak English but she was very caring and sweet. Overall, I would recommend it as the prices I good for the area, it’s the upperclass side of Kunming , there are many cultural sites near that area and international restaurants. Many people who work and are I service can speak English and it’s a beautiful area to go for walks and explore.

民宿所在聖維望小區綠化很漂亮，非常安靜，小區門口就是網紅打卡點公園1903，拍照很出片，房間設計有特色，乾淨，既有工業風的，也有温馨型的，早餐也不錯，是性價比超高的民宿。

環境不錯，衞生條件也很好，服務很滿意，很不錯的一次住宿體驗

Diese hotel befindet sich in einer Gegend, die nicht so leicht zu finden ist, außerhalb von Tor 1 befindet sich der 1903 Park, aber es ist wirklich nicht interessant. Wenn Sie nicht gerne in einem Hotel übernachten, ist die Wahl dieses Privatzimmers Ihre Freiheit！Ich hoffe, dass die Haushälterin ihre Einstellung ändert und positiver wird. Ich kann wirklich nicht schreiben, warum kann ich es nicht die ganze Zeit senden！Das ist nur mein Weg, wo ist der euer? So antwortete ich Denen, welche mich nach dem Wege fragten. 風格徹底驚艷到我，本來下單不抱太大希望結果超乎我的意料，在這個地方有着那麼寶藏的一家民宿，拍大腿後悔沒有早點來，話不多説請看圖。 設施：有着寬敞的停車庫，完全不擔心停車問題，房間設施設備樣樣齊全 服務：服務超級貼心，面面俱到，太親切了我簡直愛慘了 環境：周邊遊玩地點很豐富，和朋友一起住這裏，像是來到了人間仙境，身心放鬆 衞生：衞生我這個潔癖患者覺得是沒得挑的，做的非常不錯，老闆記得繼續保持哦

一個開在別墅區隔出來的民宿，宣傳都在客廳酒吧這些上面，住宿條件之簡陋，環境之差，定位也存在嚴重問題！宣傳圖片和實物簡直大相徑庭。房間居然是一把鑰匙，笑**，擁擠不説，空調沒有，衹有個風扇嗚嗚響，房間又悶又熱。沒有熱水壺，床上還有一些毛髮，兩百多塊錢的“良品”跟幾十塊錢的賓館一樣，建議大家不要來

一整個大差特差，建議大家不要選擇，住酒店簡直遭罪，出差不能很好入住，還要受阿姨的氣 環境：小區環境非常好，但是！！！並不代表你住的環境好，地面地毯都是污漬，洗澡間門口的石頭也全是灰和毛髮，住宿地址離大門口非常遠，要走很久，很難找！那個床墊也是一言難盡彈簧全部凸起，睡的槓**！ 服務：名宿的阿姨侉着一張像你欠了她500萬的臉，服務態度也非常差！我要借用冰箱直接兇人～住宿期間都不主動問打掃的，都是要叫。叫過來打掃阿姨還100個不情願，那個牙膏看你就一個人就給一套，這不是重點，重點是一套那個牙膏特別少根本不夠早晚刷牙🪥！ 設施：沒有空調！沒有空調！衹有個電風扇，然後沙發兩邊都沒有插座，非常難用電腦， 早餐：建議大家不要買帶早餐的！根本不是7-10點有飯吃，我9.50下樓，鍋裏就一點米湯飯，真是衹有個鍋底……花這個錢還不如去外面吃了！ps早餐衹有泡飯，鹹菜，超小的白饅頭 安全：房門都是鑰匙的非常不方便！ 一整的差評的住宿，簡直想逃離，！從來不給差評的這次真見識到了什麼叫差評的服務，和環境
