Walking distance to old town kunming, Kunming mosque, night market, malls and many more. So close to wiyu subway station. So it is easy to get around. The room itself also quite spacious, clean and nice. The view from the room is stunning. You just have to tolerate the noise from the construction nearby during the day. However at night, it is quite. The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful.

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. The positive: The location is great and it was clean. Negative: this may just be my opinion, but I have the feeling that foreigners are not really welcome in this hotel and I also felt like I was being spied on. When I checked in, I was asked completely inappropriate personal questions about my vacation (the hotel facilities were not explained, nor was I asked if I wanted to book breakfast). One of the cameras in the hallway was always aimed at my room door. And every time I entered the building through reception, the reception staff talked about me (slandered me, it seemed that way).
