Perfect hospitality services by all the staff. Warm welcome with welcome drinks. Every staff have smile on face and greats you while passing by. Neat and clean rooms. Good food with decent variety in all 3 course of breakfast lunch and dinner. They pool operating 24*7 with in 1hour maintenance down time.

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff is also very polite. Food was awesome. Swimming pool also had a section with Jacuzzi.

So came back after spending the weekend over here. Checked in to our room and after spending 5 mins realised our hot water kettle was broken, cobweb on the lights and the room itself was dated and definitely a big let down expecting FERN standards. De***ded another room which was big relatively cleaner however kettle was broken there as well, mini fridge was non functional and we found a toffee lying on the floor which I let it be there on purpose to see if the house keeping spots cleans it the next day however to my disappointment they didn't and I had to specifically ask them to remove it The biggest disappointment of all though was the expired product(nuts) on the mini bar luckily we spotted it and steered clear. Upon mentioning this to the reception/***ager they found it funny and said to his surprise they found similar expired product in multiple rooms , I mean really is that funny??we expect FERN quality and here we are getting served expired products. Guys beware to check the expiry as i am sure ***y of us dont check it , the housekeeping it extremely lax and they dont pay attention to details. The food from restaurant is really good though and the restaurant staff is amazing. Food portion served in the restaurant is considerably more as compared to room service.

Good place..staff is very helpful..we were travelling with a baby and they made sure that the food and everything was well taken care of..Poonam was very good with the baby in the play area..the breakfast is amazing!! Highly recommended..do use the open jacuzzi!

Everything is excellent. Special thanks to game zone attendant "poonam" she takes care of my child very well About rooms- Specious rooms well maintained things. Housekeeping keeps the room fresh. The food is nice and we enjoyed our stay Hope to come back soon

We wanted to stay for 3 nights in Lonavala, and made a booking at The Fern an Ecotel Hotel. Sorry to say in our room in this heat Ac was not working, they reparied it twice, apart from that fan and fridge was not functional too. Not a good experience at all. Won't recomed any one, Chandrahas Shetty
