Splendid stay and food, 5 stars for all the hotel staff!! The pool and the jacuzzi experience was an awesome one, group activities, play area and the gym are well equipped. The rooms are spacious and have a very positive aura to them. Totally recommended to book here!!

Very poor service and ***agement. Had not expected this level of experience from such a reputated resort chain . The staff of the restaurant and cafe was not equipped enough to ***age rush hours. The quality of the food was average . The room and and ambience was nice😊

Traveler's, Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this property, just the way i did. So being a Hospitality professional i am aware of all the operations and back of the scene duties of a Staff, As i have been there done that!!!!! This property staff lacks professionalism and hu*** courtesy in short. I am unsure of how the recrui**ent of this hotel is done, but I am certain that they are not recruiting professionals but just Locals to run the property. I am made to wait ***** with my 11-year-old daughter for almost an hour for a check in saying that Rooms aren't available and that the cleaning will take time. Which is definitely not acceptable. Why do we make prior bookings on OTA channels? The house keeping staff is Terrible. You call the housekeeping depar**ent and be rest assured that you will receive the requested Item after almost a YEAR!!! In my case i did not receive requested items at all. The cleanliness of the room was pathetic. The rooms stink as there is a weird smell that is released from the Air conditioning in the rooms. Toiletries ae not provided in the racks of the Bathroom. Bed runners are dirty and full of stains and blood stains. Curtains are of Dust. Please carry Mosquitoes repellents and lots of it as the property is blessed with Mosquitoes Restaurant staff - All trainees there with no sense of professionalism. Most of them dont even understand English and are proudly ignorant to all guests waiting to use their services. There is never a ***ager on Duty to supervise. All in all a complete money waste and dis satisfaction on my days getaway! So all you travelers please be aware before booking.....BIG RED FLAG!

Good location with close proximity to all places and narkets. Nicely designed big rooms with all requirements and decent interiors. Good service. Excellent room service and house keeping. Hotel staff well behaved. Overall a good experience.

Nice hotel for couple of days stay, with Tasty food, Big swimming pool, Jacuzzi. Kids and Adults Play area and big lawn to enjoy some outdoor plays like cricket, badminton. Lots of options for in dining. Food quality is very good but compared to price quantity is less. Rooms were big, neat and clean.

Great experience. We had 2 days of stay. We booked Hazel Suite and the packege included the breakfast and dinner as well. The overall cost was 29000. A little over priced but great experience of comfort and luxury. A recommendation is if they can arrange 2 wheeler on rent for quick surffing, would be great.

Hospitality was good. Rooms was neat and food was delicious. Housekeeping service Gyani and Siddhi were on tim and responded very well. Ambience was very good and I will recommend people to book this hotel for stay. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and I will recommend this to all.

Best experience I had during the visit. I got upgrade to fern club suite and it was amazing. Staff was polite. Rooms were clean and food was awesome. nice experience and would definitely like to visit again. All facilities are top notch and in working condition

Perfect hospitality services by all the staff. Warm welcome with welcome drinks. Every staff have smile on face and greats you while passing by. Neat and clean rooms. Good food with decent variety in all 3 course of breakfast lunch and dinner. They pool operating 24*7 with in 1hour maintenance down time.
