The only best about this hotel/homestay is the view. The front desk also willing to change my room when I requested.
The initial room that was given to us (room 118, at the level 2) was in very poor conditions. There are 3 rooms but we only use 2 rooms as per the booking. The room at the ground floor was spacious but there is a hole on the ceiling, the door is broken, no hot water. The wall also not clean. The bed os king size, but very dusty. They provide us two towel which i think need a new one. The room on the first floor with bathroom as well. No hot water, not clean, they provide towel. The bed is king size but dusty. There is balcony for this room. But the balcony is not being clean. There is still trash from the previous guest.
The reason i asked to change room was the back door to the balcony on the ground floor is unable to lock properly . The lock was broken. The balcony also dirty. There are also trash, cigarette seen. I told the front desk that I don’t feel safe in that room because people may able to break in with the broken lock. So the front desk change our room to room 113 which still in poor conditions but the can be lock. This room is with 2 king beds and 1 single bed. The bed is very dusty with dead bugs on the bed. There is no hot water in the shower. They only provide 2 towels. The room also not soundproof. The guests next door is very noisy. Singing at night. Even when they talk to each other, we can hear very clear from our room.
I definitely won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel needs to make big changes and improvement.
