I traveled with my sisters, means all ladies from bangalore. Hotel diamond is in the centre of the city. Very close to sarangapani, chakrapani and ramar temples (we went to visit divya desham. We booked family suite, which was comfortable for four of us. Ac was working good and there was geyser for hot water. Receptionist named mahaskanda was friendly and helpful. We booked taxi for local temple visits. Mr. Ramesh taxi driver was friendly, well mannered and very good person. He planned our temple visits and took us to all the temples which we wanted to visit. Overall good stay and we highly recommend ramesh for local trips. Regards vijayalakshmi

This hotel is close to the railway station - 7-minute drive by Rickshaw. This is located in the heart of the city. We stayed for 3 nights in the last week of June 24. Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Since we booked direct, we got the benefit of 24 hrs check-in. The Hotel is close to many temples. It doesn't have a restaurant facility but there are good Veg hotels within walking distance. The hotel provides you with the Chart for temple trips - do grab one, it would be useful to plan your trip. Though I didn't take their inhouse car hire services, the prices seemed reasonable. Hotel staff are courteous. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The positive points about this hotel are its location, reception, staff and cleanliness. The drawbacks are the non-availability of an attached restaurant, limited provision of toileteries and delayed response by housekeeping. The location is very good as it is centrally located. The reception staff are excellant, courteous and helpful. Other staff like the attendants etc are also good. The entire premises including the room are kept clean. However, one has to go out in search of good hotesl for food. It is surprising that a nearby good hotel called venkataramana, forgot the name, is closed on sundays! another point of concern is that only one bottle of mineral water and a soap are provided. No other toileteries are provided. No free newspaper. Asked for a change of stained bedsheet which was provided only after reminder and long delay.

It’s a pleasant stay. Air conditioner is not working properly. Prime location. Easily identified. There is no provision for tea / coffee preparation.
