Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at
Good quality is good and service was good
Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

Wonderful family time as i went with my Mother 82 and my son 28 3 generations but we all had a great time . Priya reception ***ager was so warm and super from greeting to her service She actually made our trip by upgrading us for a night to a poolvilla which made my Mom's experience so special.

We had a really really good time at this resort. The staff was super helpful, always smiling and careing!! The room was a delight. Watching the water as you wake up is bliss. Added to it is the monsoon which came visting too. Special thanks to the ***ager Mr. Dinesh Varma, Noyal, Priya and Vipin

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful heritage property. The place is an oasis of peace and quiet, where you can sit by the lake for hours, and listen to wild birds, read and watch stunning sunsets. The pool villa we had chosen was big and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake. We ended up hardly using the tiny private pool, but just the views from our villa made choosing it worthwhile. The hospitality was simply outstanding in every aspect, with personalised attention by every dept and every member of the staff - from the prompt replies to my email queries by Shine in reservation, to Priya in front desk, Vishnu at the pool, chef ***oj who would check in on us each day & recommend what to try, to the brave people who lent their bicycles to my kids to cycle round and round the property incessantly, to the evening cultural sessions which were simply stunning; each of these was a memorable experience in itself. The food (we had taken the breakfast + 1 meal package) was superb & with a lot of variety to choose from. The spa is a must try, with Dr Indu’s personalised consultation to help you choose options suitable for you . Our kids had a great time too with activities as kayaking, zip line & the pool to keep them occupied. The houseboat we hired for 4 hours was another memorable experience with phenomenal food! On the whole, an amazing experience that I would happily recommend!

Amazing property with in-house lake and exceptional heritage rooms. Walking around the property is in itself a delight and must do in Kumarakam. Priya greeted us really well and the reception and ensured our stay was comfortable. Thank you!

The overall service at resort is average. The Breakfast is ordinary. The dinner was pretty ordinary with Podimeen fish had too much salt . They dont take care of security of their guests as i booked a Hotel car to Kochi Airport and they provided me a very old Innova with broken seat belts and AC vent. The hotel said that the driver was sick and if i needed i replacement car then it would take time. Just now a got a call from the hotel that they have a new Safari car but it was not starting. Such lies from the hotel.

The service at the resort were average. The Breakfast was no up to the Taj Standard. The most shocking was that i booked Safari hotel car for kochi Airport drop. To my shock a very old Innova with broken seat belts and Ac went was provided. This was completely a security failure by taj Hotels. I was told that the driver of the car was sick, and it will take time to get an alternate. Just now i got a call from Mr. Noy from the hotel saying that it was a new Safari, and the engine was not starting. Completely two different versions.

Location is just amazing, surrounded by trees, specially the main cafeteria which is next to a pond makes it more beautiful Great hospitality from the entire team. Thanks to Priya Prateesh, Mr Jacob for all the help during our stay. Nicely coordinate between outside vendors for shikara experience and for Bird sanctuary.

Truly a one experience. Wow, good,At Taj Kumarakom the staff's professional and courteous service frequently garners commendation, as they strive to ensure a memorable stay. While some guests feel the hotel's value proposition could be stronger, the array of praised amenities, including complimentary boat rides and yoga sessions, co****sates for any shortfall. The location is lauded for its serene, sea-like views, and although the heritage charm of the rooms is appreciated, there are mentions of anticipated renovations. The nostalgic a**osphere, complete with live vintage Bollywood music, adds to the hotel's unique charm.
