The hotel room is clean, staff are very helpful and room size is reasonable.

The hotel is quite new and clean. The only downside is the room is very small and we have problems organising our 2 luggages. The hotel should have put some consideration during design stage to the room layout for guests with 2 medium luggages. Parking is chargeable at 1200 yen daily.

One street away from the crowded area, feeling peaceful at night. Room size acceptable with two of us having two huge bags. Have chargeable parking on site

The hotel is quite close to the bus terminal, very easy access for transportation. A grand new shopping mall is nearby, can go shopping easily. Unfortunately the toilet is very small, and the room size is normal Japanese hotel standard- limited space.

The hotel is very clean and the service and breakfast are satisfactory. For me, the fact that it wasn't in front of the station was a little negative. This is the perfect hotel for people sightseeing in Kumamoto.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Kyushu. Room is clean and big. Likes the Kumamoto bear theme in the room. Walking distance to shopping street and malls. Many options for food and shops.
