It was an amazing experience. Special mention for Mr. Naresh who is a very nice and accommodating person. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Also, the staff here is very skilled and they help you out with any problems that you face during the stay. 10/10 recommend

Amazing ambience with mountain view , rooms are spacious with great views and well furnished...staffs are cordial very nice hospitality The best part i liked was the food.. too good tasty and full of varieties. This property is also kids friendly with kids foods, milk , playing area all are available.

This is the best hotel in manali the location of the hotel is very good the view from the balcony is very beautiful. Service was very good and the food was very tasty and delicious and the staff were very humble co-operative these are some name of the staff who were very humble captain jitendra kumar rishu ashok and karan we all were very happy by their service. MUST VISIT

It is situated at aprx 7-8 km from city centre. Overall stay was good food is also nice. Not too much verities in food but taste was good. View from this hotel is very beautiful I liked it very much staff is good only one cons is that it is situated at very height and road is not good.

Excellent and wonderful experience All hosts were excellent and polite humble and helpful location is too good and cool ambience Manoj kumar is such a kind person and honest too also room service persons are good and rooms are tidy and cozy.

We have come twice in Vivaan that says that we love this place, amazing view and location of this property is super beautiful. Staff is very kind and polite. Food is good too, specially Puri bhaji and pasta. We recommend this to everyone. Must visit place.

The view was very mesmerizing and also we loved the food very much. All the services were on the point. Rooms are very clean n has wooden interior which is very nice. Parking is limited, only 5,6 car can fit at max. Also the road is very narrow.. resort is on the hill so takes 20 min to reach from manali.

We had the most wonderful stay for 5 days at Vivaan The Sunrise Resort. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was excellent (we had taken the breakfast plus dinner package). We had booked a room with private balcony and the views were incredible. It takes around 20mins to reach the resort since it's quite up the hill but the road is good and views are completely worth the drive.

GOODBYE VIVAAN This was my second time stay here. First time in 2018,I liked it a lot. This time was deeply disappointing. Maintenance has gone down terribly. Furniture lioked dilapidated. The wash room was so Ill maintained, I barely escaped a hot and scalding shower water when the lever got stuck and jammed. I was shifted to another room of the same category. It was all smooth there. But on the whole it wasn't the same as before at all. It gave a run down look on the whole. No space for parking and worse still is the access road all damaged and to cross it self driving my SUV was a challenge each day and each night...a life risk..to which the owner/Management was totally indifferent. Hopeless experience. This was the Last I saw of this top of the hill hotel....thank god I returned alive and in one piece. GoodBye Vivaan
