"Due to special circumstances my daughter and I stayed for a week in Kufstein. Platzhirsch Kufstein felt like home straight away. A very nice atmosphere with fantastic service. The breakfast served a la carte is excellent and the hotel's own coffee is world class. It is located right in the heart of Kufstein with a lot of of good restaurants nearby. "Enjoyed our stay here for one evening on our motorcycle trip touring the Alps. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was well-appointed although quite small and not much room by the sink to put your toiletries. Had a good hairdryer and plenty of hot water though. Wifi in room was good and there were enough outlets. It was very hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning but the woman at the front desk was able to find a floor fan and bring it to our room so we were able to sleep comfortably. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good. A bit on the expensive side and not a lot of choices but we were happy with it. The chef even sent out a small sample plate for us as a courtesy. The breakfast was very good with quite a few choices. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area."

"Reservámos duas vezes por escrito um apartamento com cozinha, o que foi confirmado, mas no local, sem qualquer pré-informação, recebemos um quarto de hotel deslumbrante e impuro sem cozinha (solo sujo, cozinheiro inútil). A recepção foi pouco útil e não compreensível. Foi-nos prometido um apartamento adequado para o dia seguinte, no dia seguinte não queria saber mais (alegadamente reservado). Depois de mais tempo, finalmente, conseguimos um pequeno "apartamento", muito pouco decorado. A cozinha era pouco útil, não havia mesa adequada e nenhuma cadeira, a comida praticamente no espaço de passagem em vez –, não havia um apartamento real. Ao check-out, queriam primeiro pagar-nos o montante completo. Só após consulta foi concedida uma redução de preços. Os custos adicionais de comida fora, devido à ausência de cozinha, não foram reembolsados. A manipulação do pessoal foi desagradável. Além disso, o nosso cão recebeu 15 € por noite, apesar de 10 € na oferta escrita. A pedido, a diferença foi reembolsada. Resumo: Desvio da reserva, má comunicação e depuração errada. Não recomendação."
