The room not clean properly! Feel not comfortable at all.
Refer picture. Bed sheet was dirty but still let guess to sleep on??? Under table there was leftover plastic case (I believe last guess throw it on floor) but cleaner not clean it!
1st time stay but awful room.
Water heater not function well also.
Car park for guess are less (combine parking with residents) & car park path is narrow.

Having issue with one of the AC in the room.
Quite hot day and night.
Staff super nice and entertain the issue but didnt solve the problem.

When we came into the room, we noticed there were a little bit of hair by the toilet, and a bit on the bed. Otherwise, its good. Location is great, view is great. Can’t really control the aircond in my room. Wanted it to be in quite mode but can’t. The reading light on the left of the bed doesn’t work.

The hotel location is at a by and near to town. Room with seaview is fantastic n enjoyed the sunrise view during our stay.

The hotel location very near to Kuantan town and just beside the beach. Recommend to take the ocean/sea view room if you are staying in this hotel.
The environment is excellent for vacation with great services from hotel.

Excellent sea view, and the room was spacious. The only disadvantage is the waiting time for the lift since only 4 lifts for guest.
