I was in KT for 2 days 1 night and stayed in this hotel, from the ads mostly found online shown a pretty decent hotel and as accordingly to the name itself. I had a terrible time checking in to the hotel due to :-
i) the parking was a nightmare and super hassle , there was a restaurant located on the ground floor and the customers' vehicle swarmed to whole area thus making parking such a hassle after some tiring drive all the way from KL, waited nearly 45 minutes just to get a car park space and it was not even a proper one. but due to the needs of offloading my luggage, i parked and took the risk before moving to another and again waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to get out from a space.
ii) the reception was located on the upper floor (cant exactly remember which floor , it was either 2nd or 3rd? cant recall and it was another challenge to check in with all the luggage, super small lift and was told i need to prepare on paying for the parking tomorrow morning.
iii) the hotel were having renovation and it was pretty chaotic and unorganized with lots of noises.
the room was not even to a standard to be referred to the hotel's name (Premium) It was very small, and not that comfortable.
I would not considered this Hotel in future and i can assure that it would be the first and my last at any costs.
