This is a fairly new hotel in town. We stayed two nights at the suite and the interior design of the suite is beautifully decorated. I had a technician come at midnight on our first night’s stay due to the standing light and the hot water issue in the bathroom. He helped reset the system for the standing light and readjust the temperature of hot water. It solved my reading problem before bed and a hot bath was made possible. However, the team at the breakfast needs to be trained properly. We didn’t know we should order our hot served food at the table and we went straight to the food station to place our orders. For that, the order became confusing and long waited. A staff accidentally bumped to a tall chair which was next to our table and created a chaos. The manager came to her aid and apologized profusely to us on behalf of her. You can tell that the manager was performing his duty well but the staff walked away without any apologies. Well, though it’s a new hotel, the breakfast team should have gone through more vigorous training and preparation for food. It’s not an ethical excuse for hospitality. Another kind note for those driving in, only 13 parking lots are available in the basement, and it’s for valet parking only.

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. 2nd time stay here because of the good ambience and cheaper price with worthy room amenities, spacey & nice decoration. Last time the kitchen sink was clogged, this time the kitchen hood not functioning, make the room smelly everytime we cook. Really disturbing! The best part is the TV is really well functioning with good internet access and a lot of movies, youtube access and got neflix(maybe from previous customer lupa nak logout hehe). 2nd time requested for klcc view but still not getting it hmmmm.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

I had a great stay at Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty, and the amenities, including the rooftop pool, were enjoyable. However, there were minor Wi-Fi issues in the room. Overall, I recommend Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. the best part is , walking distance to BUKIT BINTANG and it was so easy to find a food !!

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

Had complimentary upgrade to deluxe room which was quite big. Given late checkout till 3pm. Halfway through the stay, the key card could not work due to faulty battery door lock so we were told to wait at the lobby. No one attended to ask until I stood up and asked the counter staff. Toilet has an odor and there seems no way to get rid of it.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. We arrived at 2:30am in the morning but was promptly checked in and our luggage’s delivered immediately. Room and beds are slightly small but they are well designed and have a modern Scandinavian feel. Room and bathroom were both very clean and amenities were provided. Breakfast had a large variety of food to suit everyone’s taste, I was quite impressed! The location is a bit far away from the main shopping and attractions but this wasn’t a problem for us as we simply took a grab everywhere and it was very cheap too. We did not have time to visit the gym or pool areas. If you aren’t planning on staying in the hotel the whole time during your trip, then this is an excellent choice. The value for money is unbeatable. I will definitely return with my greater family in December!

We booked 2 bedroom apartment 2 hours prior to check in and were really surprised at the unit that we got. It was huge and fully equipped. There is a room with washing machine and drying rack. A kitchen, a study room which could fit in 2 adults to sleep in, a main toilet and a huge living and dining room with balcony. 1 of the main bedroom bed can fit in 3 adults and the room itself is huge. 2nd bedroom has a balcony and its big too. Unit was very clean and well kept although the design / aircon / furniture are all outdated, the cleanliness of the well kept unit speaks for itself. Definitely recommend this place cos its worth it and super budget friendly too. Easy to get grab cos the traffic is very light and staff are all nice and friendly. Breakfast is very minimal but you can take a 3mins stroll to nearby mamak shops nearby. Will make a come back. Definitely.

This is an excellent spot for those looking for a cost-effective choice while in KL. Super nice facility with extremely clean bathrooms and common areas, as well as large individual capsules for rest. Staff was super nice and accommodating and gave me a bottom bunk bed even though I didn't request it. Also the fact that there is 24/7 concierge is huge for travelers that get in late at night such as myself. Located right next to a 7/11 as well as an in house cafe, I was well stocked and fed for my long days out in the city. Absolutely worth it.
