During my recent stay at Oakwood Hotel and Residence in Kuala Lumpur, I was pleasantly surprised by the generously sized rooms that added an extra layer of luxury to an already exceptional experience. It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

I have booked this hotel for one of our staff who have a meeting new to the hotel. He was so satisfied with this hotel. The room is large, clean and confortable. Also got a convenience store (7-11) at the building. He likes this hotel so much

Pros - Location very good, walking distance to Twin towers and shopping mall (* other shopping mall or aquarium via Grab) Cons - Hotel beside Malay Cemetery.... you can see clearly from the big window - room chair no wheels, need to carry if moving around or scratch the floor, another wooden chair is quite heavy also no wheel - WIFI not stable - TV program very limited and a lot of snows flakes (not clear), if you need to see more program need to rent video recorder (if not wrong) - Toilet flushing very slow - need to ask for shaver and comb upon request but only shaver given. - hotel breakfast not many varieties, both days almost same items * book thru Trip.com stated 2 adults but hotels insisted only ONE name shown in their system so only give us 1 breakfast for 1 room (2 days), i requested to combine 2 different date breakfast as 1 day but not allowed. so i have to pay for 2 breakfast (RM40/person). The next day i shown the booking ticket from trip that stated 2 adults clearly to the reception admin but she doesn't accept and ask me to call Trip to check... * if not wrong, when i reserved the hotel thru Trip.com didn't ask me for second occupancy name. * close to 1 hr taxi from airport to hotel

Great experience, I've booked here multiple time but i once got a room with a broken bed and used toothbrush was put back in the box and i almost use it, but i think it's the last customer fault, overall nice, picture not related

The overall experience is not bad. We were greeted by the concierge and process of check in also very fast. The room is spacious with bigger bathroom. The breakfast selection are many but during festive season, there are too many crowds. Good place to stay in the city centre due to location is near to the shopping centre.

When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.

This is my second time staying here. I really like Ibis KL . Breakfast decent but I like the staff keep on top up whenever the food almost finish. The staff really nice and helpful. The main attraction of course the swimming pool and free parking that I consider staying here . One more thing although i come during Christmas... The check in and check out process is so smooth consider this heavy traffic and full house. Thumb up for all the staff.

All good like food,,,room,,pool,,view is the best,,so beautiful with klcc,,kl tower n PNB 118 tower,,,around kg baru have a lot food malay,,fav food is nasi lemak n kerabu
