While my stay at the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara was generally enjoyable, there were a couple of hiccups worth mentioning. Upon arrival, we experienced a delay in check-in, and the reception seemed overwhelmed, prioritizing foreigners over domestic guests. Additionally, during dinner, we encountered an issue with the prawns in our noodles, which were unfortunately rotten. However, the staff promptly replaced the dish with fresh prawns upon our request. These instances, while inconvenient, were swiftly addressed by the attentive staff, ensuring that our overall experience remained positive.

離市中心有點距離，位在吉隆坡富人住宅區Damansara，前往MRT站可以步行經過Pavillion Damansara 的地下通道，還算方便。

The services from the staff are exceptional. All staff are well trained. Overall cleanliness were fine.
Spacious bed, we really feel comfortable. Air conditioner and temperature level are perfect. The size of bathtub match my overall height. Most comfortable bath I have.
Delicious breakfast.

早餐馬來口味還算豐盛，就是房間裝修有點久，看着有點舊，有游泳池和桑拿房。但是入住體驗不夠好，我們定了兩天的房間，酒店前台居然衹找到我們的一天訂房記錄，不知道是酒店的原因還是攜程的。酒店前台不知道攜程🙁，剛開始還説沒有房間滿房了，後面經過溝通，説找到了一間給我們，第二天同樣的問題又發生一遍。

I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. While the room was pretty amazing with only a few instances of wear and tear, the air conditioner was extremely dirty, requiring me to request housekeeping to clean the vents. Unfortunately, my sinuses acted up as soon as I stepped inside the room due to this issue. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and polite, contributing positively to the overall experience.

讓我詳細點説説索菲特的早餐吧，挺豐富的。早餐到10:30 結束。會有服務生給打好咖啡巡場問詢送。馬來菜 印度菜 中餐 西餐基本都涵蓋了，請看實拍圖。酒店值得體驗一下。因為旅行的第一餐很重要哦。
ps，要説唯一的不足便是景色一般（幾乎可以説沒啥景色），地理位置離市中心大概6km左右，打車20馬幣。
但是六百多訂的特大豪華間，含早。性價比超高可以忽略一些不足之處了。
房間也很乾凈，空間大，床有2m吧，床品也超舒服。
服務也很好、因為check in 稍微等久了一點，前台送了兩張大堂吧的飲品券，比較驚喜。算是比較有心的服務。
總之，性價比超高。
