The apartment is located very close to KLCC. The shout-out is definitely their sky park/ swimming pool with stunning KLCC view! Will definitely be back again!

The view of hotel swimming pool is the main point that I booked the hotel. But I am very pleased that I did. The location, the attentiveness from the staff and the room cleanliness makes it a bonuses. I didn't realise that the management gaves me a birthday cake until my hubby pointed it out.

It's our first time to stay in Ascott Start in KL.
We have the great experience about their service. Facilities is also good.
It is also good for the whole family stay in this wonderful hotel!!!
I will come again with my family next time!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Ascott Star KLCC. The room was complete with everything you need, from iron to coffee machine and even umbrella! The facilities especially the rooftop infinity pool and level 6 swimming pool were huge and awesome. The infinity pool faces the twin tower so great photo spot! Not forgetting to mention, there is a starbucks station at the lobby. You can simply select your preferred drink (there were plenty of choices) and the prices were cheaper too!
Downside, I had to shift room twice due to aircon issue and ceiling leakage. But the staff handled it professionally and found me a room and even provided me a free upgrade with great city view. They even accommodate my request to 3pm late check-out.
Location was not the best and the lift for hotel guests were kind of slow. Other that that, I truly enjoyed my stay in Ascott! Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with great facilities and near twin tower!

hotel service apartment is okay but room has no bathtub. even 2 bed room bathroom does not have a bathtub. none of the smart tv are connected to the internet. why?? tv channels are very limited. the other amenities are elementary. nothing to shout about.
