overall is good. close to twin tower, walking took less than 10mins. in between two MRT. room is spacious and clean. friendly staff. complimentary coffee tea in lobby.
room face east with mountain view, super love it.
got a mini kitchen, convenient to wash fruits and heat up food.

Late check in but was attend by a greatful receptionist. The lobby at level 40. Unique experience. Room is spacious. Very satisfy my wity my staying. Would love to come back to this hotel soon!

This is a relatively new hotel with great service. Amenities are provided. It has a microwave but no minibar. The aircon is not that cold. But overall a great place to stay and in close proximity to KLCC.

The room is spacious and clean with a good city view. A body weighing scale is even provided in the bathroom which is quite surprising. We used it to weigh our luggage but the downside is the battery was low. Other than that everything is satisfactory. Recommended to stay.

Walking distance to both MRT and LRT.

The hotel view is very nice especially on the breaksfast floor. You can see almost everything. The bed is very comfortable especially if you are having a long day. Very well worth it

Leakage at the kitchenette. Drilling noises. Stains on bedsheets. Towels really need to be replaced. Any service recovery for all these? None. Will I be back? Definitely not. For this price point, I could stay at other hotels with better service

This is our 2nd time here in Elements KL despite that that we don’t really expect that our skyline view was just too small for the city scenery. Probably we could request for a better view next time! Overall, food was absolutely fantastic. Service staff have these qualities : professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. Thank you Elements KL.
