Location was great but traffic to here is horrible. But not their fault because they can’t control traffic anyway.

Even though it's a 4 stars hotel, the TV is quite disappointing as it is not a smart TV and screen resolution was horrible too but the WiFi is good. The bed is comfy and clean enough. Overall, not sure if thats the standard for 4 stars hotel as there are limited amenities and room seems rather basic.

Arrived early for the stay and able checked in. Rooms were clean and was able do our laundry. Location is very good - both to Bukit Bintang and TRX mall.

my 2nd stay at this property. room is clean and well kept. amenities minimal, but if there's anything else you need, the reception is always a call away. slight disappointment at the sound proofing. i could hear the conversation of fellow guests walking along the corridor. but i guess it's also down to whether the other guests have the courtesy to keep it down.
pool is decent sized, fitness centre is small but well equipped. equipment are a bit squeaky though. A tad bit let down by the breakfast spread, but it's not critical.
overall a good stay at a convenient location.

We are happy with our stay this time.
We arrived at 1pm+, the front desk allow us for early check-in, we appreciated their hospitality.
Room was clean this time.
The location is very convenient, walking distance to TRX (the new mall) and Pavilion.

My second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect. Around the corner of the big shopping malls it’s surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. I had an evening flight and got a late check out. The pool on the 4th floor has a good size and is great to refresh.
