Really bad this booking was sacm totally changed with pictures that the upload on trip.com don’t have drinking water ac not working. Ac very old I think from 1990 toilet don’t have hands wash pap Just have one room other room is open that can’t call room same as safe My advice to all guys please don’t waste your money to booking this rooms. 100% sacm One more thing Wi-Fi also not working

This the worst hotel I’ve had for my whole life, and I am a full time traveler. I should have listened to those negative reviews that sounded the alarm. First of all, the bed and sofa have bed bugs. The buggiest and most toxic ones I’ve ever encountered. I found out in the middle of the night after 2am. So front desk was already closed and these was no way for me to change room. I managed to kill two of the bed bugs but there were many more. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night. My whole body is now full of those bites. Second, the AC is not working. Despite setting the temperature to 16 degree, the whole room felt like a furnace. Only the fan is working but it is so loud that you can fall asleep with it on. Third, there is a decomposed corpse of a pigeon outside the window with the head chopped off. Clearly it was dead for a long time and no one bothers to remove it. Next day I made a complaint to front desk but was told to email customer support. I did so, and no reply at all. See the photos below. You’ve been warned. Don’t make the same mistake that I made.

It was pretty nice, clean and tidy! Also the pool and faculties was good.

Very recommended residence. Room are very clean. Full with facilities. Coomplete got washing machine. 2 aircond. Microvave. Bed has 1 queen and 1 single. Also got extra bed. Price are reasonable maybe because weekday. Th pool also got nice view and kids pool. Will repeat stay here again. Sorry no photos.

Lift malfunction on the arrival day, we had to bring all of our belongings to the car and go back down to lobby from carpark 3rd floor. Security staff also were not friendly at all. The staff said she dont know why and she cannot do anything. After a while, once we got into our house, open the main door straight away we can see some cloth (pant) on the kitchen table. Baby cockroach all over the kitchen floor. Then tv also is not working, for some reason, there is no display or some sort of it. Refer to the staff, but they only send the video of the same procedure. The pressure for toilet flush not strong enough. Rm150 deposit upon arrival, (which not mention initially) if paid using QR pay will be return in the next 3 working days after checked out. Other than that, everything were just ok, i can say. Sorry i forgot to snap photo because me and my kids were so tired of waiting and wondering here and there because of the malfunction lift. Next time, please get one of your staff, to check the house right before the next guest checked in.

The facilities is old, furniture is not in good condition. Cleanliness need to improve.
