From checking in through to checking out, this "hotel" was a consistent disappointment. Several times our check in was interrupted, at times by other staff, staff members had zero customer service. No face washer, no hand towels, no foot mats, pool towels, no hot water. No tea towel to dry dishes. Walls and floors disgustingly dirty sticky as was bedding. Blanket was covered in vomit. Not even a full/new roll of toilet paper. Black or dark brown hair everywhere, not ours we've light fair coloured hair. Interior is falling apart due to lack of maintenance and upkeep. Doors don't close properly thus noise from street below as well as corridors comes directly into apartment allowing for uninterrupted 24/7 people and traffic noise. Stayed 9 days, never cleaned once. Power points, half don't work. There's many other hotels for a third of this cost that are much cleaner, nicer, where you are treated like a guest with house cleaning daily, clean interior, bedding and staff have terrific customer service skills. Checking out was disastrous even after booking a time 24hrs prior to doing so. We left without our deposit and with their security card and key because of the managers incompetence and disrespectful behaviour. Once we reported this to Agoda our money was returned as rightfully so. We wouldn't stay here again if you paid us!
