Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Fraser Business Park KL

Location was good with parking basement RM8 per entry, must pay at reception each time you exit the hotel. Lift and reception counter was good , staff all greets the guest well which make me happy. Room was good with the price I paid, I booked decoration service with them and they never failed to impress me. I’m happy with the reservation and housekeeping team! I’m disappointed with the breakfast options, very simple breakfast menu where I don’t find any local dish such Nasi lemak , most common breakfast which is scrambled eggs and so on. I’m totally disappointed with this. It’s make wonder whether this really Wyndham style when comes to overall service. The bathroom really needs some upgrade, the tools all sees not well maintained and tiles all very dirty and I don’t feel comfortable doing my business at the bathroom. There is always room for improvement, I hope I can review better if there is any opportunity to stay with Wyndham hotel again !

Hotel was decent, upgraded the room because king bed wasn't available upon check-in. 1st room was visually clean, but after flipping the duvet, it had a really horrible smell of sweat and bad socks. The hotel offered to change the duvet, but I opted to change room because our air-conditioning wasn't functioning. 2nd room everything was generally ok, but the air-conditioning issue wasn't resolved. The management called in to offer options. Breakfast is fair for the kind of hotel it is.

Good location near KLCC area by driving. Car park at basement available, flat rate RM8 pay at receiption (drive in and out no need to use Touch and go or credit card, system will read your car plate; just give the car number to counter and pay). Easy check in and friendly receptions and guard. Has number of restaurants nearby and 24H convenient stores like 7-11, KK Marts and other marts. Price is reasonable. All good.

Close to many restaurants and Twin Towers.. Staff was amazing, place was clean and it was well equipped.. Gym has good equipment too, will definitely book again

Really did not enjoy my stay, glad it was only 2 nights. My toilet had something green stuck to it when I got there, like melted plastic. My wall had ants Crawling around and on the side table. I was tired due to delayed flights so said nothing and the hotel seemed busy with a wedding and I also had to get up early the next day - ants on the wall isn’t the worst thing that could happen. Left my room at 5.30am for a day trip, unfortunately did not get back till midnight due to delays once again. Got back to my room and everything was damp in there and ants were now crawling all over my bed, bag and clothes. Again too tired to say anything and was checking out the next day fortunately. Reception staff were nice when I interacted with them, just didn’t enjoy the standard of my room. Forgot to tell the staff when I left that my door closer needed adjusting as the door didn’t shut unless encouraged. Room has a fridge,tea and coffee and some toiletries, including a toothbrush but no shampoo/conditioner. Bed was comfortable, just damp and anty lol

Everything was perfect. The hotel has restaurants nearby, and it's perfect for families that would like to have supper.
