The hotel is clean, and the room also clean but I only have a problem with their staff maner, I already put don't disturb sign but the male housekeeping knock my door very loud Even though he had seen the do not disturb sign, and I woke up with shocked cz I have gerd and panic anxiety, I opened the door n I said can u see the sign and he told me that I check out today, and I explained to him since the first I came for check in at July 15th I already explained to the receptionist that I have 2 booking numbers, first 15-18 and I extended 18-20 but I don't know why the guys receptionist ( his shift time at night) don't inform to other receptionist ( day shift) and after that I showed him my booking number, I've been stay in Turki 1 year and I just come back and my sleep time is different from malaysia, he woke me up at 12 which is in Turki still 7 Am in the morning, and the next day same things too, woman receptionist knock my door at 12.30 pm and asking that I don't pay tourism's tax for new booking, to be honest I don't know because I remember I already paid for the tourism's tax at the first time I coming but she explained that this is tourism tax from 15-18 of July, actually I don't have any problem with that, but please why their staffs have to woke me up with knocked the door and they already see "DONT DISTURB" button, if she asking about my tourism tax I still stay there until 20 of July and I have deposited RM50 there ( which is my new tourism tax is 30) or maybe just wait until I wokeup and if I don't going down u can inform ur other receptionist friends, for me it's sooo rude you woke up ur guest like this way even u already saw "don't disturb" sign, and also this woman talk with me very very bad, and I have some argument with her, I've been staying in many countries and hotel, this is my first time Very badly treated by the hotel staff, but I see one housekeeping woman she is very good if compare others housekeeping man and if not mistake he is from Bangladesh, and the woman receptionist name Priya sooo rude, this is my first and last time staying at this hotel, I wish the management of hotel Can teach their employees how to treat guests well, for the receptionist guy India he is also good, but others it's really made me decided to move others hotel
