Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre

A pleasant experience staying in one of the largest Ibis hotels in the world. The bedroom was clean, the bed is comfortable and they do sustainable business practices where you can minimise your replacement of bed sheets and also playing their part in reducing wastage. The bathroom is wheelchair friendly with stepless access. More importantly, it is clean, clean, clean with stable water pressure, lovely air conditioning against the hot Malaysian weather as well as an assortment of local channels to keep you company. I was staying here for 7 nights as part of my staycation and work from home activities. I definitely recommend this hotel for work as the wifi connection is very stable and they have an amazing view of KL north metropolitan area. The only downside is that the carpark is narrow for cars above the size of Perodua Myvi 2021 model. You can walk between the hotel to KLCC and it takes less than 15 mins to do so. However, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng can be eerily quiet at night / weekend and there have been cases of snatch thieves along the road. So it is best recommended that you drive between destinations, take a Grab or taxi. Good job Accor and Goldstone Holdings for providing an excellent, international class hotel at a budget price and 5 star servicea throughout the duration of the 7 night stay. Got a long hall Lobby for awaiting, the room and wash room had a moden style. But wash room door dont have the block of water tiles. Nice viewing roof top swimming pool, but the surrounding is so small area. Easy to Parking at top level. Overall is nice and comfortable..

Last minute booking with Trip.com with late checked in around 2200h. Luckily, my check in process going smoothly. FO staff welcoming me well but its more better if the staff can respect client which when the client begin the conversation or speak in malay then the staff reply it with malay also and vice versa. My room small, suitable for couple only, presented with soft mattress, clean, neat and tidy but still have smell something not good, sorry to say, but its real. TV function but not functioning, no channels available even radio can’t find from the tv, what the bad experience and boring room, please solve it! Breaksfast was good, have many choice, keep it up! Lastly, please take notes of the complaints given by every clients because we pay for every facility and service provided! Thank you.

Flight was late from the scheduled time. Through the entertainment panal was present but not functional

I am writing this review to express my satisfaction toward the hotel and the the trip.com customer care during my recent trip. From the moment arrived, the staffs gave a warm welcome, the receptionists work with quality, she explained one by one and and vey clearly. The comfortable accommodation exceeded my expectations. And I was also impressed with how smooth every was for my trip. Thank once again for trip.com to keep me up to date such as for the flight and and the hotel. I felt there was someone by side to help me out when I meet a problem. I will recommend the hotel and trip.com to friends and families. It was a good experience to explore Malaysia for the 2nd time and to be continued. The attached photos below are the place I have visited during the trip: 1/ Hotel ( from hotel to MRT station it’s about 900m) 2 stations to be chosen: Ampang Park station or KLCC station 2/ Japan Alor at Bukit Bitang ( the huge night market and delicious food there) there are. Aristides of food such as ( local food, Thai food food and Chinese food, many more) 3/ The pavillon mall is super nice and super convenient 4/ The exchange TRX ( the new mall) is super duper nice 👍👍👍 The trip truly made my experience memorable . I look forward to the opportunity of returning in the future.

Ibis KLCC is actually about 15 mins walk to KLCC and to the LRT station. While food choices were readily available getting around means ordering a Grab which usually takes some time. Staff were friendly and professional, amenities were sufficient just wish I have the means of casting my device to the TV. Breakfast was nice, with Malay, Indian and Chinese choices. Hopefully they can come up with a shuttle service to the LRT station in the future.

Good location. The bed is very big. Service is good too. Got free parking.
