de King Boutique Hotel KLCC

I always love Deking sebab sangat convenient. I always travel by aeroline bus from Penang to KL so the bus station is just right beside Deking hotel. So sangat senang. Dekat dengan KLCC, avenue K. Stesen LRT KLCC dekat bawah avenue ka jer senang. Tapi this time agak mengecewakan sikit sebab housekeeping teruk sangat. Baru I tau housekeeping dibuat oleh pekerja bangladesh adoi. Bangladesh memang tak sesuai buat kerja cleaning. Better ambil local atau pekerja indonesia. Dah lah ada satu hari mereka tak buat bilik for me itu biasa. Paling unacceptable ada air kencing dekat toilet seat masa saya baru masuk check in. Dan ada satu hari saya balik ke bilik, mereka tak kemas lagi. So saya minta mereka kemas, wah dengan selamba masuk dengan kasut seluruh bilik bayanglan betapa kotor lantai tu xtau la mereka mop atau tak. Dah lah nak solat semua kat situ. Toilet pun berlumut tapi x nampak sangat sebab mar-mar yang diginakan jenis gelap dan kasar. Tapi mesti kena cuci. Lantai bilik puk macam melekit. Pekerja bangladesh ini rajin tapi aspek kebersihan macam kurang menuaskan lah. Sayang lah sebab hotel nie mmg affordable dan sangat baik lokasi dan kemudahannya. Aspek kebersihan saja fail. Harap dapat improve

Worst experience ever! The hotel looked great by the photos they post but the reality is very different. The hotel smelled, couldn’t breathe and felt itchy. The room looked like it was slept in. Sheets smelled and I swear dust came off when I touched them. The fridge was dirty and moldy. You couldn’t even put on the TV to relax because it doesn’t plug in to the type of outlet they have. They tried moving us to 2 other rooms and all worse than the next. We checked out as soon as we could. They refused a refund and said we had to go to trip.com to get it. Contacted customer service who was wonderful about it. The hotel said they needed to investigate it and took several days before agreeing to a partial refund Left

Room looks clean. Close to the event that I’m going to so location convenient. Mamak stall near by for food at night. Overall good value for money.

Location wise, this hotel is very strategic. It is just a stone throw away from KLCC and Avenue K. However do not have very high expectation on it for the price that you are paying. The building is old, the room is old but spacious. I had problem with the TV in my room, and couldn’t contact the reception from the phone. Had to go all the way down to reception to let them know that I couldn’t turn on the TV. Then the room key couldn’t work, so down again I went to get the card reprogrammed. Anyhow, they got maintenance to come fix the TV promptly, so that’s good. There is not much of sound proofing in the room, so you will get the traffic noise almost all through the night. Light sleepers will have a problem with this.

The hotel is conveniently located near klcc suria and LRT station. You can just go to Avenue K and down the escalators to the train station.

Location is very good, close to KLCC and subway. Nearby has shopping mall which is convenience to find things.

Overall, it was good staying here. KLCC is just within walking distance from the hotel. But at night the cockroaches came out. So watch out for the cockroaches.

Got appointment @hkl and chose this hotel because it was easy for us. Checked inn was smooth and fast. Our room was great and cleanliness acceptable. Got parking also. Walking distance to klcc and surrounded shops. Overall was a good stay.
