The facilities are okay, and the room is spacious. However, the service is almost non-existent. The host said that since cleaning is done every two days, and we were staying for three nights, there would be no cleaning or linen replacement during our stay. The beautiful front desk lobby shown in the pictures does not belong to this hotel; it is the lobby for the entire building, and they ask guests not to linger there to avoid complaints from local residents. Their service desk is in a small room in the third-floor parking garage. Upon check-in, the security guard wouldn’t let us in, saying we had to reach the host by phone first. We waited outside the gate for half an hour before entering the hotel, and then waited another half an hour in the lobby before finding out that their service desk was actually in the garage. When checking out, there was no one in the small garage room, and the host could only be contacted via WhatsApp. Since we didn’t have WhatsApp, we couldn’t reach him. We politely asked the security guard to help contact the host, but he replied, "It’s not my job." We eventually got help from a passing local resident to contact the host. Also, their working hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and outside of this time, they are off-duty. When checking out, they didn’t return the deposit until we asked for it, claiming they had forgotten, but we strongly suspect it was intentional.
