The apartment was nice, comfortable and clean with a beautiful terrace. The location is great if you want to explore the Eksamilia and the nearby area. The staff were very polite. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be back again.

The place was amazing.the owners were very friendly and polite.the view was beatifull. The beach is very near and you don't have to use the car. Also the bakery coffee shops and mini markets were very near so it's very comfortable.we loved that place.

Having heard many nice comments about this place, we booked it for a couple days. It was perfect for family, because it is in quiet area. Good service, and playground for the children. As it was end of season, we felt almost alone and saw only a few other guests. Instead we took our rental car and drove to Butrinti.

I went their with my husband.we stay their for 4 nights and I loved that place.it was very easy to find it and in case you get lost as we did you can call the owner which is very helpful and kind and will help you. The beach was very near and we liked it.also the rooms were very clean.

The hotel was excellent Alex and his family were very polite and friendly. The view was amazing .If you are going for vacation with your family its the best choice.the position is very comfortable because its near to coffee shops ,mini markets, bakarys etc.

E' un hotel a carattere familiare, gestito con estrema cortesia verso la clientela. La struttura è abbastanza nuova e pulita. La posizione è comoda e centrale nella zona di Ksamil, vicino sia alle spiagge che alle attività commerciali ed ai locali e ai ristoranti. Il costo è nella media delle sistemazioni nella zona di Ksamil, che è la più ricercata turisticamente, quindi la più cara.
