New Port Hotel

Very nice hotel - very comfortable and clean. Very friendly stuff.

It’s like your own little home, it’s the perfect space for one or two people. Waking up on the river is so nice watching the boats go past. Small mini fridge and great wifi connection if you wanted to stay in. Walking distance from old town and there is corner shop not far away too. Close to bus links if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would go back here.

酒店就在克拉科夫之眼，導航到HALA FORUM就可以，公園停車費一天60茲羅提，導航希爾頓花園酒店，路邊有公共停車位，10：00-20：00收費（衹接受硬幣），4茲羅提每小時，非收費時間免費泊車，步行到酒店不遠。酒店各項設備很完善，唯一的缺點是拖行李上船有比較多台階。另外，河道蚊蟲較多！

不太建議 真的在船上，船會晃動 設施和衞生很一般，換過了一個房間，之前那個窗户壞了 新房間的洗澡的水一會兒突然變冷了 沒有早餐，早餐要到對面的餐館單獨點 最麻煩的是：大件行李上下非常非常不方便！

Hotel was immaculate and kept immaculate, the rooms were spacious and facilities excellent. Very peaceful, staff were excellent, especially Adrian. The hotel was in a perfect position to sit on the terrace and view the castle or jewish quarter across the river. Outside the hotel is the hala forum, which is excellent for food and drinks. The best bar is the panorama which is the rooftop bar , excellent views and relaxing atmosphere definitely a must . We used the app jakdojade for transport and travelling around the city. Best transport ever ,cheap and easy to use. The airport bus 300 or 209 takes you straight to the hotel. Get off at the krakow eye wheel ,large balloon. The jewish quarter and old town start just across the bridge about 8 minute walk. .we travelled to and from hotel using tram 52 . The jakdojade app took us to the zoo and across Krakow including the airport. We bought are travel ticket 72 hours on the app . Buy ticket. On entry to tram look up above hand rail and you will see a 3 digit number or code to scan. You need to click your ticket there should be a yellow bar at the bottom of the page asking to validate. Took me to my camera samsung, my partner apple typed in the code. We will definitely be staying here again perfect. I loved feeding the swans from our terrace.

Booked a Delux Duplex room for my partners 60th birthday. The Hotel staff were amazing before we arrived - booking a boat trip along the River and also a romantic meal for 2 on the River Boat right beside the hotel (would not recommend as there are so many fantastic restaurants within walking distance). The room was fantastic with stunning views, there was a little movement but it was actually very relaxing (and I get sea sickness), so I don’t think this will be a problem for anyone). Lovely Reception staff, extremely helpful and wonderful coffee machine in Reception which we had every morning. Unfortunately due to a flood alert we were moved to The Belle Epoque by Jet2 (would never return there - see separate review). Just a pity we had to leave The New Port for our last few days. Would highly recommend.

Just had a lovely three nights at the New port Hotel in Krakow. We had arranged for an airport transfer via the hotels reception. I was messaged by a lovely gentleman called Kamil, to inform me the day before arrival that we’d be picked up by a driver who would be clearly displaying our name. We were transferred (7 adults, 3 large suitcases and a wheelchair) no problem in a lovely Opel Vivaro straight to the “Wotel”. We arrived at 10am and were very lucky to get early access to a couple of our rooms. On site, there was a large selection of eateries within the Hala Forum, offering a variety of very affordable food specialities . (Sushi, Burgers, pizza and pasta, Mexican etc) This was also where breakfast was provided, using an efficient order and collect buzzer system, when the food was ready. Kamil and his colleagues provided a fantastic transport service to all our trip destinations. (The Salt mines, Auschwitz etc) All in all, we had a fantastic stay at the New Port Hotel and we are already looking into arranging a second break back there and more than happy to stay a second time at New Port 😊. Krakow is a clean, picturesque and friendly city with a great transport system (Ubers, trams etc), all at very affordable prices 😊

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic location, perfect for couples! Located on the river with fantastic views and a cabin feel. A short tram ride to the old town and the Forum a stones throw away for drinks and food. The bedroom hosts a massive bed and the bathroom is super modern with a small but perfect sitting room with flat screen tv. Would highly recommend

Excellent stay for a 3 night break in Krakow. Hotel is very modern and clean. It’s only a 25 minute journey to the centre of Krakow if you use the tram, the nearest stop is roughly a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The views on the water are beautiful and it is in a very peaceful location, just outside the city centre. You can also feed ducks/swans from your balcony/window as they provide seeds for guests in reception. Instant coffee/tea are available in the rooms and there is a coffee machine available to use in reception too. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Krakow!
