Orlowska Townhouse Apartments

My teen daughter and I stayed at Orlowska Townhouse on the Monday and Tuesday after Easter. It was a very pleasant stay. They reached out to me by phone and text to accommodate my late check-in on the holiday. The Poet's Apartment where we stayed was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The location in the old town of Krakow was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions.

A lovely large apartment with an amazing ceiling, some beautiful old furniture and balcony. Plenty of towels, toiletries and some exquisite teasets and crockery to use. Cooking facilities & utensils along with some condiments and a fridge freezer. Very clean and in a great location only a few minutes from the main square. Would definitely recommend. The location was perfect. The owner Elisabeth and Barbara were very kind and did everything for us. I stayed with my kids and my mom and we had the best experience.

Wonderful, spacious townhouse with plenty of character and brilliant location. We had a brilliant stay with excellent service, here are a few tips and pointers that will help you. The reception is NOT manned, we were made aware of this several times in advance of our stay and they rang us on the day to arrange a time for them to be there and great us. Barbara was absolutely excellent, super friendly and spoke excellent English. She was available by phone throughout the stay if we needed her, although everything was so good that we didn't need to use her services further. If you need to park the car, they had an arrangement with a local parking area which was manned. Note this this is easy to drive past so please see the picture I've enclosed. You need to drive through the archway into the car park. The archway is tight. We got a big car through it, but there wasn't much room either side. The lady i the car park speaks little English, but we were able to communicate with her. The balcony is nice, but doesn't overlook anything very pretty so we didn't use it. The cooking area is good and well stocked for cooking items, however although there was a coffee machine, make sure you get some coffee and milk as this isn't provided. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the main square but in a quiet area. Good local restaurant, we particularly recommend Domowe Przysmaki 20 yards away with good service, good prices and traditional food.

Wow, the place was fantastic! Beds were so comfortable and the showers were amazing! Just as pictured. I would strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Since I suspected the April weather in Cracow would be bad, I decided to book myself into a place where I would be comfortable if it turned out to be raining or even snowing. As it turnes out, Orlowska was the place to be. During my 10 days in Cracow, I felt at home, somtimes making my own food for dinner. The bed is supercomfortable, and the room tastefully furnished. My host Barbara made sure I had everything I needed and the apartment was cleaned every day. There is also a balcony, which added to the experience. The Iocation in the Old Town is excellent, very close to the Big Square. I strongly recommend Orlowska Townhouse.

The structure and design of this apartment takes you back in time . It’s very comfortable and unique .

Excellent communication from the owner/operators signalled we likely would have a good time - we did! Tastefully retro 30s style one bedroom was our choice and we were not disappointed. Well-equipped with various thoughtful touches including ample towels and bed-linen. Spotless throughout with good, daily cleaning. Very pleasantly situated for the Old Town but avoids the crowds and noise. We heard an owl hooting nearby one night! Highly recommended. We will be delighted to return.

We recently stayed at Orlowska Townhouse wile visiting Krakow. It was a beautiful room, with lots of character but also well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is great, just a minute from the Old Town Square, but the welcome and helpfulness of the staff really stood out. Barbara, who checked us in was so accommodating and friendly. She even arranged an emergency dentist appointment for my fiancée at very short notice! The lady who stands at the front of the hotel working for the restaurant was also very helpful, giving good advice about the town, and speaking great English.
