Stradonia Serviced Apartments

Great location to old town. Fantastic Apartment. Stayed in 2 Bedroom apartment very spacious and clean. Good facilities. Lovely staff so friendly and helpful. Lounge area was a bonus you can stay in whilst waiting for your pick up transfer Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights and can happily say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Had good communication from them before staying checking if I needed breakfast and also providing some recommendations for trips and to see if I needed transport arranging. I was also offered an upgrade to a castle/garden view for a very reasonable fee. Welcomed by a nice guy on reception who informed us of the facilities available and gave us a map explaining where we were in relation to the square and Jewish quarter. I did speak to another receptionist who was also really helpful and friendly. Room very clean and had a great view of the castle. Bed was comfortable and was easy to set the temperature. Nespresso machine was a nice touch but also a variety of different teas were provided. Nice lounge downstairs with books and blurays, plus water and coffee machine. Hotel is ideally located close to the square and the Jewish quarter. Only small complaint was I couldn't get the TV box to work and the captive portal for the WiFi wouldn't allow our phones to connect but this wasn't an issue for us. Overall can see why this is the top hotel in Krakow and will be staying here again when I return to Krakow.

Our second stay at the Stradonia in less than a year. We absolutely love Krakow and these apartments are so well situated to walk to any of the attractions/areas within 10 minutes. The apartments are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean - couldn’t fault a thing and would rival any 5* hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff could not be more helpful and speak perfect English. They will book any of the trips to main attractions and we were kept up to date with times and details. We’ve have stayed in both a studio and a one bedrooms apartment and both were of the same high standard and plenty big enough having a dishwasher, washer, cooker , microwave and a nespresso machine ( tip - take a tube of coffee pods). Restaurants and cafes right next door if you can’t be bothered to walk into the old town or Jewish quarter. We will definitely be back soon and probably bring the rest of the family booking a 2 bedroomed apt.

Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone travelling to Krakow. Have stayed twice, and both times have had a wonderful experience. Apartments are spacious, immaculately clean and have everything you could ever need during your stay. Very close to the Castle and the Main Square is only a short walk away. Customer Service is fantastic, with nothing too much trouble. Hope to be back again very very soon!

We were three people, chose a two bedroom apartment, lovely. Very quiet as well due it to being just off the road. Location was super, castle 1min away, 5mins to one square, perhaps 10-15 to the other. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend..
