Upon arrival we were told our room wasn't ready so we will be put into a different room even though we were checking in hours after the official check in time. We were put in a a like for like room so this wasn't an issue except it being up more stairs. In the morning we hunted around for where breakfast was and couldn't find the area and the reception was closed so we were left with no choice but go somewhere else for breakfast which was an expense we were not expecting. When we got back that evening again reception was closed so there was no staff to ask and the same happened the following day. Eventually on the third day we found someone who told us it was at "the bicycle", this was all the English that this member of staff could manage, later that evening we found someone in reception who informed us that breakfast wasn't held at the apartments but in a cafe over the road. When we went to the cafe the following morning they asked us for breakfast coupons that we were supposed to have been given up check in 4 days prior! When I went to reception to complain and ask what solution could be offered as this was now the while trip without breakfast I was just told "complain online" with no mention of a solution. This was the main issue but some smaller ones were the oven in the kitchenette not working and being told someone would come look at it which never happened and no cleaner came to the room for the whole trip. Also the apartment could sleep 6 (3 x double beds) however there was only 2 plates and bowls in the cupboard which meant we had to take it in shifts eating.
