The data, what is on the trip.com is not correct. There is no spa, children's pool, no free parking place(50 zloty/day ahead of the hotel).
The hotel has restaurant, but only for the breakfast.
I sent a special request: I asked gluten free bread for my wife for breakfast. There was no answer. I also mentioned this at check in, and they cannot provide for breakfast.
I wrote a complaint email 3 days ago, still no answer.
I'm diappointed.

We had an amazing stay here. Rooms were immaculate and really modern. Bed was the comfiest ever and the location of the hotel is 10–15 minutes from the main square. Breakfast was okay (just continental) but overall the place is perfect for couples because its really quiet and cosy.

Staying at this hotel was the worst bedding I ever seen one pillow that was flat and pillowcase was dirty sheets where 2 single bed was made up sheets. Where on the bed across the way mattress was marked not hotel standers would not visit this place again no cleaner paid to upgrade this was it breakfast awful really worst I ever been in. Quilt was stained under the off white dirty cover

Absolutely fantastic time this hotel was so quiet the staff were so helpful I loved it I will definitely stay again if I go back to krakow .it was a few minutes walk to main centre lovely little park next to it very nice to sit and take a few minutes to rest ...definitely recommended

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was amazing. About a 5 minute walk from shopping centre and another 5 to the centre. Rooms were clean and really big with comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags before check in and let us sit in the restaurant when it was closed to wait for taxi picking us up on way home. We wouldn’t chose to stay anywhere else if we came back as our experience was so good.

Room never got cleaned whilst we stayed , asked every single day for them to clean the room and they never did , bin was overflowing , bedding never got changed, no fresh towels until we had to ask for them. Eventually room was cleaned on Monday, the day before leaving! Breakfast was awful, food was disgusting and stale , if there was any food! We went down at 8am everyday and there was no food! Got onto love holidays about our terrible stay, and the hotel lied about everything, they said they cleaned our room everyday, and that breakfast was always ‘busy’ however we were the only ones in breakfast always early! Beds so small, but on a good note, they were comfy.

Not a great experience from the very start. Check in is supposedly from 16:00 - we got there for 16:00 and they told us that our room wasn't ready and made me and my family wait a further 45 minutes to access our room as they was “checking it over”. Once we got into our room - we noticed the carpet throughout the hallway and both rooms was disgustingly stained and dirty. Beds was poorly made. 2 beds pushed together with 2 separate duvets and 1 bed sheet??? Very very uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty. Stains everywhere. We even noticed old toothpaste stains on the sink from the previous guests. DISGUSTING !! Location is the only thing that sells this hotel. I would avoid if possible

Excellent hotel, right next to everything staff very helpful would stay again let us leave our bags when checking out and let us leave our chargers pack with them to charge up. Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice stay in lrakow

Staff very helpful and nice, recommendedplaces to go and how to get tgere. Room very big and clean. Coffee machine was great and the water bottle as well. Great location near the train station. We are definitely coming back. Clean towels everyday. We loved it.
