The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff's attitude... They make you feel as if you are an annoyance to them. They turn lights down before the breakfast has officially finished as if to say "leave now" and when asked to turn the lights back up, they reply "oh, you cannot see, can you?!" - shocking!!! They don't make eye contact and have a terrible manner and walk around with a scowl. I think the more experienced staff/floor managers do a great disservice to the younger members of the team by discouraging hospitable behaviour (e.g. telling them to ignore a guest's request to refill a juice machine because "breakfast is finishing in 5 minutes anyway"... so who cares about the paying guests, right?!). Housekeeping is a joke as they either don't turn up or create an illusion of having been there (e.g. folding a wet towel and placing it as if it was fresh, not replacing dirty glasses). The interior of the hotel rooms is dated (shabby wallpaper, bathroom fan and the fridge not working), but I guess you could live with that if the staff were welcoming and friendly - they really are not (with an exception of one receptionist and a chap behind the bar - the rest just need a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror; they are clearly unhappy about something but taking it out on their guests is not the answer!

We used the services of the Best Western Premier Krakow Hotel, the staff was extremely uncomfortable, the order was for 2 adults and 2 children, an extra bed was prepared for only one child, the reception told me that no one ordered additional bedding and a towel for another child. After an exchange of views, the missing bedding was delivered to us. Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was appalling. The hotel's facilities were a tragedy. In one room the fridge didn't work at all, in the other room it was so hot instead of cooling, there was scattered furniture, loose tiles in the bathroom, broken safe, TV dust, poor ventilation, broken air conditioning and a corrugated floor on the fourth floor in the hallway. This hotel was qualified as a 4 star hotel in 1985, but not today. The photos in their presentation are beautiful, but unfortunately they do not identify with the reality Ternto hotel never knows...

Following reasons why I won't visit this hotel again NO FREE CAR PARK FOR GUESTS FRIDGE DOESN'T WORK IN THE ROOM LACK OF GREETING FROM THE YOUNG RECEPTIONIST THE PUBLIC COMPUTERS DON'T WORK IN THE LOBBY OR CLOSE TO THE RECEPTION COLD AND LOW QUALITY EVENING BUFFET AND HIGH PRICE BORING FOR CHILDREN/ NO PLAYGROUND OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES EXCEPT A SMALL POOL

The room was a bit on a small side, so it was a tight fit for three people and their luggage. However, the beds, mattresses, bedsheets, and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was small as well. Everything was very clean. There is no refrigerator in the room, what they have is what they call a mini bar, it is basically a cooler. I was told that if we put something cold in there, it will keep the temperature for a few hours, but it does not produce any coldness. It was a big bummer because we needed to store some of our food in a refrigerator. At the same time, there was a little kettle with a bunch of hot tea and coffee we could make in the room, which was nice. We were also provided with courtesy water. The location of the hotel is convenient to get to grocery stores and center town. There is no public transport nearby, so we drove to everywhere we needed to go. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is not well maintained. The shower was broken, the door was broken in the shower and all the water was blown out. Really cold water in the pool, so we couldn't stay there for a few minutes, sauna didn't work at all. Not

Arrived and reception staff nice and helpful. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Restaurant was closed and staff turned us away without reason. We returned later in the evening to be told that it's a set price buffet. Most selections were empty and what was left was luke warm and not kept at a safe temperature. The room seemed OK until we found out that the fridge doesn't work, the radiator in the bathroom does not work so after your first shower you will have a wet towel for the rest of your stay. Bathroom cleaning could be improved. Has a 4 star rating so I would be worried to see a 3 star as this is terrible for a 4 star.

The front desk staff were great, very helpful and kind. Bartender and wait staff were rude and without personality. The food, especially dinner was very below average.
