房間乾淨整潔，設計合理，很温馨，房間稍微有點小，不過在歐洲也是正常的，早餐是非常棒的，很不多，酒店位置交通都好，從長途大巴站走路過來一公里，十幾分鍾，走路去老城區也就幾百米七八分鐘左右

Das Ascot Premium Hotel in Krakau bietet eine ideale Lage, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt entfernt. Die moderne Renovierung verleiht dem Hotel eine frische A**osphäre. Das Frühstück ist beeindruckend, jedoch befindet sich das Restaurant im Untergeschoss ohne Tageslicht, was durch eine gelungene Gestaltung ausgeglichen wird. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stockwerk wich etwas von den offiziellen Fotos ab - es war winzig und ohne Polstersessel, aber insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

We liked the convenient location - a short walk to the Old Town, Galeria and main train station. Quiet street, easy for taxis to collect and drop off at the door. Small rooms but well equipped with kettle and fridge for the complimentary water that’s replenished every day. Helpful staff on reception. Good room cleaning service, always received fresh towels daily. Stylish, nicely decorated bar area and breakfast room. We were however a little disappointed with the breakfast itself, felt there could be more hot choices available (would have liked to see bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes & hash browns) and definitely more fresh fruit salads. Also the hot plates keeping the hot selection hot could be more effective. Also, just one very slow coffee machine, which, during busy times, results in a queue. However, overall, we felt that the hotel was good value and would be happy to recommend. This is classified as a 4 Star hotel, but feel it is not quite hitting this standard as it is let down by the breakfast.

Clean Hotel not sure it should be rated 4 stars however. Its walking distance to the main square and Wielepole / 18 Pawia kiss and ride for guided tours which was a plus. The downside is that the hotel is right beside a main railway track so can be a little noisy early hours in the morning. Breakfast is plentiful but could be much hotter. Room was ok but bit on small side and heating is turned off in the evening. My other gripe was that the bed sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay ( despite leaving sign to clean the room) and there were no fresh towels left. Be ok for one or two nights..

Fab hotel, very modern & comfortable. Reception staff really accommodating and welcoming. Comfy & warm rooms, great breakfast and lovely little bar with reasonable prices. 5 minutes walk to the square so central location. Would highly recommend & stay here again.

Went to Poland for a 4 day stay. This hotel was recommended by our travel agent who had actually stayed there with her mum. It's a lovely hotel, must say it smelt really nice lol. Room was comfortable. We had B & B and the breakfast was really nice choice of hot and cold food. Would highly recommend, it's central for everything, all within easy walking distance.
