Nice clean place, the host was very plesant. Breakfast was delivered to us even tho we missed the deadline to order it they made sure we were fed before travel. Overall great experience.

Room itself was lovely and in a great location. However the lack of anyone on reception was difficult and severely tested when my room key didn’t work one night. Also the lack of a cleaning service during our stay was annoying with a lack of towels and toilet roll by our last day. All in all though it was a nice place and I would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights beginning of November 2023. The Apartment is bigger than you'd expect it to be, the bed is huge and very comfortable!!! Electric kettle & coffee machine, fridge, microwave and large TV. There is a lovely balcony with seating which was lovely to sit out on and have your morning cuppa. The biggest pro was the bathroom, WOW!!! Amazing shower, lovely at hot after a cold day, amazing pressure and the added bonus of underfloor heating!!! If I had to pick a con - our key card didn't work on the main door but we just used the pin we were given to enter. We were only provided 2 rolls of toilet roll so had to ask for more, would of loved to of had a blanket to keep cosy when sitting outside

Stayed here for 5 nights, was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, very clean and very comfortable beds, situated across from the Corpus Christi Church, but didn't hear the bells once, the double glazing did a very good job. Breakfast was delivered to the door every morning and was very nice, situated in the middle of the Jewish Quarter with easy access to the trams and not too far from Old Town (10 minutes walk) we would definitely stay here again.

The reception is almost entirely unstaffed and the email they provided they don't answer either. They pull out coach they provide is incredibly dirty and full of stains and the "sheet" they give doesn't cover half of it but you can't ask anyone for anything since no one's there. I wouldn't recommend and won't stay again solely on the complete lack of communication. Too stressful for a holiday.

Great location, property size good for a family of four. Main shower head needs replacing (smaller second head was fine) bathroom drainage could smell at times, small issues easily rectified. Would recommend this property.

A very impressive stay at this hotel. The room was immaculately clean, the bedding was clean and also comfortable pillows! Our room (302) had two sofas, kitchen and a double bed. Randomly two single duvets though. The room was opposite a church and vibrant Jewish quarter. Down the road literally 10 steps was a shop which we raided most days we were there for Lays. The bathroom was great with a lovely shower and plenty of toiletries. There was also a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine and some basic utensils. There was also water and coffee pods available. Lovely location, lots of places to eat and drink locally would reccommend the TRZCINA bar and Pierwszy Stopien for food. A good 20 minute walk to old town, but didn't feel like this when doing it. Easy spot for airport pick up and drop off too.
