Apar**ent was very nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable great value for money only issues were reception was not monitored all the time in the 4 days we were there we only seen staff when we checked in, checked out and on the morning of the first day I undertand some accommodation places don’t have reception 24:7 but I was just worrying as I wanted to book a taxi for coming home as I had to email them hoping for a reply before we left but managed to see staff on check out. We found the room cold there was no heating it wouldn’t go past 21 degrees in the room but luckily there was 2 duvets in the room we had to use. This meant it was freezing cold when getting out of the shower which wasn’t enjoyable. It is stated as close to main square but for us it seemed further than advertised still a good location but we were expecting to be closer to the main square. It advertises as having a fitness centre when it only has 2 exercise bikes so it would of been better if there was more cardio equipment

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant city! Lovely staff, brilliant room and a relaxing sauna. Great view looking over the city of Krakow. Gym with machines which is nice but only complaint is dumbbells only go up to 4kg. Overall I recommend this place for families visiting Krakow. 5 stars.

Never had a hotel booking where on arrival I’ve had to ring the entry bell for 10 minutes before someone actually answers to let you in. B&B - breakfast left outside of the room from 08:00 so no alternative if you have to leave early - it just sits there all day.

The Studio Apar**ent was superb. It was very clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, well equipped, recently refurbished and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, set just a 10 minute walk away from Krakow Old Town, where it was quiet and peaceful. The location also had the added bonus of a small supermarket next door which was open until 2300hrs all week except Sundays, when it closes at 2000hrs. Access to the Residence is via a security door to the right of the supermarket entrance. The reception is occupied during change over days, otherwise a member of staff is contactable 24hrs. We chose to have the continental style breakfast provided by the residence, which arrived outside our room at 0800hrs every morning. The food quality was excellent and in abundance, perhaps too much for the two of us. Could not fault the Residence and would certainly recommend it as a base for visiting Krakow.

Apar**ent was clean and well equipped. Only 10min walk to main sq which was so easy to get to. If on the front you hear a banging of door from 6am! This was very annoying as everything else was great. Breakfast consists of bread bit of fruits and cheeses, supplied with a few packets of teabags and coffee sachets no milk. Shop downstairs has basics if you wanted to just buy your own.

Lovely apar**ent 10 minutes from centre lots of lovely restaurants .We arrived late on sunday night and bought a kebab (open until 5am) Reception isnt 24 hour but clear instructions on the door bell to ring and are talked through the doorbell code enter and door keys are in a combination lock with a number which is in the hallway situated behind receprion.Once you have the door fob keys it operates the front door.Next door is a supermarket open until 11pm (except sundays)they have a wide selection of food and drinks .Apar**emt was clean and roomy there is a lovely courtyeard at the rear and sauna and exercise bike in the basement.Breakfasts are delivered to the rooms they were generous portions but " interesting" combinations. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apar**ent with a short walk to the main square however our room was directly above the shop. Between the hours of 6am and 11pm the door banged constantly. Sleep beyond 6am was pretty much impossible. Also during a 5 day break there wasn’t any housekeeping whatsoever.

Cannot fault the rooms, they are absolutely lovely and well equipped especially for the reasonable price. However two major points for us: the reception desk is advertised as being open 24 hrs a day, however this completely isn’t the case and it was shut by 3pm on some days even, which was frustrating as we could not get assistance with our enquiries at times you would expect any reasonable hotel to be staffed. Secondly we asked if they were able to store luggage on our final day and were told they could, however this storage was just in the corridor by the reception desk- so completely not secure especially since often no one was sat at the desk. The safe in our room was also broken for the entirety of our stay. We were told this would be fixed early in our stay but this never occurred.

Really nice apar**ent. Very spacious, lots of storage and lovely bathroom. Huge shower! Great location and not too far from Krakow main square. Reception is not 24 hours and check in was not made clear. We arrived very late at night to one of the guests letting us into the building and nobody at reception. Perhaps clear check in instructions should be provided beforehand if you arrive out of staffed hours. Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible! I was awake for hours one evening because of somebody being really loud in the early hours of the morning. This is the only thing that would put me off returning. You could hear everything. All in all, was a great stay and I would consider returning as it is is in such a great location.
