It is much better to stay here than the hotel, at same price, as we are 1 bedroom with Smart TV (to watch your Netflix), kitchen, sea view balcony, sea view from living room, sea view from bedroom (what else you need for your vacation, 100% sea view everywhere you go).

Location, Location and Location: It is newly built condominium located in the very very very prime area of the Ao Nang shopping center and it is just 300 meters away from the most popular Ao Nang beach with clean water to swim at the beach. In our area, there are Mc Donald, Subway, 7-11, restaurants (cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant), banks and other shops located at this project, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to rest, watch sunset on the rooftop, swimming or even to exercise at the gym,
2. The apartment has total area of 42sqm on 4th floor and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, stove, dish sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your meals.
3. It is located on top of the plot of land connected to tropical forest with slopping up, good exercise for you to walk up and down, however, we do have a golf cart to bring you up or down, if you wish to use our service. Please tip the driver of Thb20 so he can take care of you all time when you need him (check working hours at the office ground floor).
