Pros: i. Nice room with full amenities, i.e. full bathroom utensils, tea-coffee making, iron, hair dryer etc. ii. Nice spread at buffet breakfast, though little variation throughout our 3 nights stay iii. Staff were very responsive and seemed eager to serve Cons: i. Aircond in bedroom and hot water in bathroom have lives of their own. Its either too hot or too cold regardless of what you do to their controls ii. Parking was a bit lacking, maybe because we were there over the weekend during the school holidays iii. I had problem with the wifi every time I went out and had to sign in again with a new password when I return to the hotel, which I had to get from the front office. Please note that my wife did not have that problem 😃

We stay 1 night for family room. Near exit toll Alor setar Selatan. The hotel just nice, the room also good. The hotel just got 3rd Floor, we stay at the 2nd floor this hotel don't have a lift. Maybe not friendly for wheelchair.

great location however parking is a bit hassle. cleanliness is so-so. toilet not that properly clean. and towel seems to be very old. room got smoking smell, but the reception boy is very helpful to change our room to a better one 👍 no amenities provided but can buy from a shop nearby the hotel.

My family was very happy especially my kid. She really enjoy swimming pool + playground. The view / the landscapeeee iss soooooo beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! This is already lot of times that ive book this hotel. It’s reasonable price. Room are very good. Clean. The room cleaning guy are very polite. Most recommended in alor star. The one that in mergong are lots smaller.

Clean and will repeat next. I like the food stall near hotel, their bihun sup utara is superb. Near hotel lotus is very big and their food court have many choice of food.
