So many things to improve.. very frustrating check in process. I called the owner to ask about the check in process since there are no front desks. The owner asked me to whatsapp, which she then passed my number to her staffs, “Person In Charge”. And when i asked about check in’s.. she asked me to fill my details and stuff, not answering my questions about check in’s. So after filling the form they asked to pay for a security deposit RM100 via online transfer. NO NO CASH YA. Only then will they tell me the check in instructions. Took about 30++ minutes for the instructions to be given. Then you have to get the key in the mailbox on the 32nd floor. Get down again to park your car inside the building. The lift access card does not allow us to use the lobby lift. We ended up using lift BOMBA the whole time. Just SAD. Parking tickets costs RM15 per day. furnishing just basic stuff, bed, fridge, tv. No rice cookers, just a small pot and a medium sized pan for cooking. Dining chairs 2 only, and a bench sofa in the living room. Got iron and ironing board. For check outs, gotta put the key back in the mailbox. The deposit will Be refunded within 24 hours. But ours was transferred at about 9pm the same day we checked out. Overall, not a good experience.
