Hotéis Family-friendly em Kota Kinabalu

I initially stayed 2 nights January 2025, climbed Mt Kinabalu, and came back for another night. Different but similar rooms. Very comfortable bed, great shower; mini-fridge and safe also available. Restaurant served good food. A pity the Spa wasn’t open as after my mountain climb I could hardly walk and my legs and back badly needed a massage! Hamizam Bin Ismail, the Front Office Manager, was always very friendly and eager to assist wherever he could.

Hotel grandis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in kota Kinabalu this is my second time stay at the hotel. Before I have stayed in Hilton, Mercure, Hyatt but still I feel grandis is more comfortable because of its location, easy access to mall, big rooms, comparing other hotel like Hilton, Mercure the rooms are very small no bath tub or sea view. We book a deluxe room in grandis we had a sea view, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable my kid enjoyed the bath tub, perfectly organised room, swimming pool and gym also available at the roof top. Good thing is that they have paid parking, buffet breakfast was pretty decent,easy access to Suria Sabah mall.

Big hotel compound, and the rooms, service and amenities are good and sufficient. Room furnishing may be a little dated but definitely clean. We had whatever we needed. There was a resort feel to the place and we loved the Christmas decorations. Breakfast buffet was yummy and had wide selection. There were many kids' activities that we wanted to try but didn't have time. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s. While the property and rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, the stunning beachfront location more than makes up for it. The service was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay comfortable. If you’re seeking modern amenities, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate a rustic getaway surrounded by mountains and the ocean, with opportunities to spot wildlife like monkeys and monitor lizards, you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

The room is large, the living room is large, and the kitchen is large and comfortable. You can walk to Kota Kinabalu for ten minutes, walk to the central food market for ten minutes, and go to the seaside for seafood for 15 minutes. There are also drinking streets and old flyovers to buy durian for 20 yuan and 1 kilogram, and mangosteen for 20 yuan and 1 kilogram, which is cheap.

Very comfortable apartment with a large space near the mall

Thank you for allowing me to spend our vacation at your house! You all have such a lovely home and you're such a wonderful host! The room was supremely comfortable. Your hospitality and kindness are greatly appreciated 😊 The house is also close to the shopping center, easy to walk and don't have to face jammed.
