Well absolutely stunning place. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to go. It’s kept spotlessly clean our room was 616 and had a lovely sea view of the Turkish coastline and watched boats go up and down. The beach is nice but not for the infirm as it’s not sandy and very stoney. Now to the important bits room kept amazingly clean and bed done every day. Our cleaning lady was so friendly and nothing to much trouble. The bar staff very attentive and although sometimes when busy it took a while to get served always done with a smile. Food was very good for all inclusive lots of choice but could have been hotter. The gentleman who served us every morning Annastatiss was very funny and always helpful a credit to your team. Now a gripe when a hotel says all inclusive then the food at the pool bar as in the Italian a la carte should be free not charge us for burgers chips and pizza etc. Also brand drinks should also be in the all inclusive these are minor moans but important when paying a lot of money for a holiday. Dimitra Beach we will be back as it’s such a lovely place just improve the little bits and it’s a top notch place. Also maybe a good suggestion on cloudy days maybe provide a private shuttle to Kos Town maybe 15 euros per room as trying to get a bus is impossible good money and feed back it will get if implemented. Do not let standards drop a superb place and location and will be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Attentive and helpful staff and the guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the hotel. However, we raised an issue with the shower in our room which it took 48 hours to fix! They didn't offer us an alternative room and unfortunately the manager was nowhere to see which we found frustrating and disappointing at the time. To make matters worse the phone in our room stopped working on the 3rd day of our stay! Hopefully this feedback would give their management team food for thoughts.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived late, and they thoughtfully prepared a sandwich with a banana and a bottle of water for us. The breakfast selection was excellent and not greasy. The à la carte restaurants were brilliant, offering delicious meals. The entertainment was diverse and enjoyable, featuring live singers, DJs, and dancers. While the sunbeds filled up quickly, there were always enough available. My only suggestion would be to add more labels at the tea to indicate what each food item is, but the staff were always happy to help with any questions.

The hotel's in a sweet spot surrounded by lots of greenery, and there's a cosy little beach with plenty of sunbeds. On the upside: - Rooms are tidy, bungalow-style, and offer killer views of the sea. - Booze options are solid, with a good mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. - You won't struggle to find a sun lounger; they've got plenty on the beach and by the pool. - Food selection during meals is solid, with lots to choose from. - Handy little grocery store right on the premises. - The reception desk crew are friendly and quick to help out. But there are a few downsides: - The food's okay, but nothing to write home about; it's lacking in the flavour depar**ent. - Meals can get a bit repetitive; they mix it up, but you'll see some of the same stuff with different twists every day. - The bar and restaurant staff can be slow and not too chatty; they seem pretty worn out. - It's billed as a five-star joint, but it's more like a four-star in reality. You'll notice it in little things, like having to wait for staff to bring water and coffee during meals when you'd rather just pour your own.

We stayed at one of the suites with my family. High quality linen and amenities, wonderful views of the pool and the beach, loved the spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the very comfy bed. We tasted delicious food at the property, the kids were more than happy with the pool and the food. The staff was very friendly and polite, ready to funfil all our requests. And of course the room and all the property were spotlessly clean, you could see members of the staff cleaning and tidying the pool and public space. We will come back for sure once in Kos!!!

Everything was clean and white! The staff was very polite and the suite very spacious for us, two adults and two children 12 and 15 years old. The quality of food was excellent! We really enjoy the days there and we will return soon! Absolutely, a brilliant choice for traveling in Kos!

Definitely not a 5 star, honestly , I would rather say a 3 maybe 4 star category hotel. Looking at the reviews and photos before the booking, everything looked good but when you actually saw it with your own eyes it seemed worn and outdated. The view from the room was amazing but the a**osphere was destroyed by lots of spiders , earwigs and other unknown bugs that were in the room. After one night fighting with those creatures we eventually changed the room. The food was almost the same every single day . The staff was great overall can’t complain. I would love to see more realistic reviews without photos taken at the hotel opening or prepared specifically for photo shoot that used to be an idea of Tripadvisor at its very beginning. Enjoy your travels, best wishes to all involved.
