This hotel is FANTASTIC The staff are a credit to the hotel - extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our cleaning lady was wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. The reception staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful- We UNFORTUNATELY left our patio door open and had some unwanted “critters” in our room- the reception not only gave us their mosquito spray, they gave us their fan….. definitely helped us have a good nights sleep that night. The two ladies in the spa were fantastic- very professional and a wonderful visit to the spa, treatments are very reasonable and they are excellent HIGHLY recommend. Food was excellent, fresh good variety, in restaurants and snack bar. Excellent for both families and couples as they accommodate both with a quieter side for couples but also a pool ideal for children. Always a great pleasure to come to this paradise. We have been coming back for several years because we find calm, cleanliness, magnificent infrastructure but above all a lovely, helpful and professional staff. A huge thank you to the manager Mrs. Nitsa always with a smile and great care for her customers. We had the chance to meet the owner who is just like his hotel, very welcoming and who thinks of only one thing, seeing his customers happy. Thanks a lot ! You really at the TOP

Had a really lovely stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The place was really well kept, very clean and the staff were super friendly. One staff member in particular, Klaerd (bar staff) was stand out. Really funny, welcoming and had lots of local knowledge. We will 100% return, just to see Klaerd! The food was pretty good for an all inclusive, but lets face it, no all inclusive is ever going to be in any good food guide. There really is something for everyone. Met some lovely people and had a relaxing stay. Perfect!

We went to Kos for the first time and chose GAIA PALACE . On Arrival. We walked into the most stunning entrance. From that moment, it just got better and better. We were taken to our room by the handsome Porter who carried our luggage ( not easy as I pack for every eventuality. 475 .oh, how beautiful. Overlooking a pool .Stunning Room. We had a walk around the hotel. Where do I start. Pools. Restaurant. Bars. Spa. There are plenty of sunbeds. There is no need to save. The staff at the bars were so friendly. The restaurant had all my favourite things salads fruits Yougart. Meats. Vegetables. Multiple choices of items. So much choice in where to sit. Again the staff couldn't do more. On our days there we visited the beach. The Animals. Crazy golf ,Boules. We saw the sunset while drinking a delicious cocktail 🍸 😋 We went into the city 3 times there's a bus in the morning takes and picks up. We went across to Turkey on a day trip. Thursday evening is Greek night. All the staff put on the most wonderful barbecue. They dance .They were truly magnificent. Our sweet Chambermaid Luna, who kept our room sparkling. With sweet arrangements on our bed. I have stayed in lots of places in The Canaries. Nothing has come close to this place. Maria who is also rather beautiful. Was helpful in arrangements. The poolbar guys .absolutely brilliant. There isn't a single thing here I could alter. It wasn't just me . People who we sat with at night people we met around the pools. We all loved this truly magnificent hotel. We will obviously come back here at Gaia PALACE. Thank you all, and a huge thank you to the beautiful manager behind the scenes. Checking everything is ok. My friend and I arrived late at night and were checked in very quickly driven to our room in a golf cart and our cases put into the room for us. The room was obviously recently refurbished to a high standard with a fantastic walk in shower and very comfortable beds. Air con was excellent. The resort layout was fabulous. A group of rooms positioned straight onto a good sized pool and a much larger central pool with pool bar. We stayed at our pool as it was only a one minute walk to the bar anyway and we could use the loungers from our room. The loungers themselves were very comfortable and well cushioned. The bar staff were all friendly and very efficient - and I’ve no idea where another reviewer was as we never had a shot or heard a bell during our stay - the staff were good fun, but there was in no way an 18-30s vibe (most guests were much older, like us!). The food was excellent and great to get decent coffee too. We were spoiled for choice every meal and every day. The salads were particularly fantastic - so delicious and so much choice. I can’t understand people saying it was poor. There was something for everyone from the junk food brigade to seafood lovers. The waiting staff in the restaurant were all lovely and friendly and worked very hard. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - literally it, one shop, another hotel and the beach. But it was perfect for us. We took the bus to Kos town for 7euro return and we took a bus to Zia for the sunset for 15 euro return. The beach is beautiful at sunset and the beach party night was good fun. There is limited evening entertainment, so if that’s what you want then it’s not for you. The beach party was good fun, the Greek Night was amazing, the food was out of this world and the singers and dancers were wonderful and had lots of the guests up dancing with them. The singer was tremendous who visited the hotel. Daily aqua-aerobics was a good laugh and the young Italian staff running them were so friendly and enthusiastic. The only negative I have is there wasn’t enough storage in our room. Very minor. On the whole, great total, exceptional staff and we will definitely be back as it was the perfect place for a lounger week!
