Resepsiyonda işlemimiz çok hızlı ve nazik bir şekilde halledildi.
Oda mükemmeldi.Şehir manzarası harikaydı.
Kakvaltı çeşidi çok zengin ve doyurucuydu.
Tekrar geldiğimde yine burda konaklamayı düşünüyorum.

It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi.
The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property.

We were sadly shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was recommended by our 5 star travel service and the ratings were high. But the reality is entirely different. It has Very poor air conditioning. We had 2 rooms and one stunk of old urine to the point that we had to leave the main door open to air it out, and the other room had a hole in the bath tub. Black all around the tub/grout. And the water would constantly turn very hot then cold even without any toilet flushing in our room. You would have to soap up, feel the water for a tolerable temperature and dash in and get out and repeat. The baseboards were falling off. The vents were black where the air was blowing out. The breakfast was substandard (low quality) and few selections compared to every hotel we stayed at in Turkey. I am always happy to give a good rating, but this was one that definitely does not deserve it. Look for somewhere else.

their reception employee was not service minded and did not give us any information either about the hotel, breakfast, or anything else that could be important as one should do. they looked very grumpy and not interested in providing a good service. the hotel is good but one day guests come to the swimming pool and therefore the guests are of different character including the local people. Their restaurant on the 18th floor was really good and nice staff

Just okay, not value for money… it’s a basic room and don’t expect much. No room slipper provided, bed comfy level is just average. For the same price, you may be able to try out newer hotels. this is just basic, old basic

paid 900 lire for toilet board, really bad service, they wouldn't book the room for us if we didn't pay !!! The recession was bad because we ordered from ***********. All week we couldn't sleep. They were having a wedding at the swimming pool, so it was noisy the whole holiday. !!!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. The hotel and rooms are fairly modern and clean. Our room was of good size. The recreational facilities such as the gym, spa, indoor pool are first rate. Restaurant for dinner and buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is across the street from a “Home Depot” type of store. There not much choice of businesses in the immediate vicinity. While we were there, the hotel housed earthquake victims and one of our tour members was able to learn(in hand descriptions) how devastating it was. We enjoyed the night club on the 18th floor, half the side is non-smoking.
