Avoid this place horrible dirty hotel flies on food we was all poorly , air conditioning leaked room was dirty with mould in fridge no snacks bar limited drinks prison food love holidays should not be advertising this hotel staff had attitude

The hotel is really good for that price. We are having a pretty good holiday. The food is quite delicious and the diversity of the food is satisfying. We also liked the alcohols in the hotel. The people working here are amazing because they are very smiling, helpful and fun. The shows in evenings are really great. It is one of the best holidays we have had. We suggest everyone to have a vacation here.

I will bullet point my experience as follows, 1 - hotel foyer had old and outdated, stained furniture. Lifts were small and outdated, one had broken down and ques were ridiculous. The carpets in the room and main corridor were dorty and stained, should have been replaced years ago. The room was outdated. The air conditioning unit was leaking water had to call the maintenance. The bathroom was old and dated. The bath was old and showere head was broken. The toilet was stained and old. The sink are was also aged. The shower screen had old slapped on mastic. 2 - wifi was non existing, free in foyer area but charged for room access. We had e sims so not effected. 3 - staff were great from front of house to house keeping and restaurant. 4 - pool, slides and sun beds were old and dated. 5 - wide range of Buffet but did not cater for uk tourist's, could not eblben get a basic English tea, let alone other favourites. More catered towards European tourist's. Pictures on the website do ot show the reality, they probably from hotel archives. I don't understand where and whome issues this hotel a 4 star rating! Uk standards this will probably rate a 2 star. Me, my wife and 2 kids enjoyed outside locations and attractions much more than the hotel itself which made our holiday enjoyable. Will not come back to this hotel even if they pay me.....

It was a facsinating holiday. Evertyhing was really perfect. The food were delicious and I couldn't choose what I wanted to eat beacuse there were a lot of food to eat. Another good thing is alcohols. They were really good for such a cheap holiday. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I could say the same thing for the pool,restaurant and lobby. When it comes to the shows in the animation, there were really great shows such as fire and magic show. It was the best animation team ever.The persons working in the hotel was very smiling, lovely, and helpful. I recommend everyone to have a great vacation in this hotel.

It was such a nice experince for me. The hotel was really good. It was really clean and hygienic. The food was very delicious for that price and there were many things that you can eat. The alcohols were very strong and the taste was good. Lastly, the show in the animation was really fun. I definitely recommend you to have a holiday in this hotel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! It’s absolutely disgusting The food is not edible The hotel in general is filthy dirty The carpets stained and chewing gum stuck to them Whilst we was here people where getting stuck in the lifts and waiting absolutely ages to get out Our balcony glass was wobbly (for young children this could have been extremely dangerous) we had live wires coming out of the wall where the hair dryer was Mould in the rooms that had quite clearly been painted over There was no safe in our room Had to pay 60 euro for myself and parter to get on the Wi-Fi The pool / slides are slimy (obviously never been cleaned) The sun beds are falling apart with holes and rips in Plates with food and drink stacked high by the pool and also on every floor in the hotel We had to eat out every single day The hotel smelt of sick Sticks in the toilets to hold the units up The staff are rude and do not want to listen to any complaints Absolutely disgusting behaviour , I wouldn’t even leave a animal in these conditions The worst holiday I’ve ever been on

hotel very neglected bathrooms need renovation at the pool tables dirty full of dishes with food canteen disgusting reception doesn't care about anything hotel needs renovation only I remember the weather well attractions outside the hotel and lifeguards at the pool very friendly never go to this hotel again

I don't know where to begin....I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me! Horrendous, dirty, very difficult communicating with staff who can't understand English with some members of staff incredibly rude these alongside the rude other russian/foreign nationals it was too much. I'm pregnant and got food poisoning as did my 2 sons! And my legs came out in rashes. On arrival 12 am the kitchen was open the staff member told us to go get food to which they saw us in the lobby walking towards the dining area and just closed the door! (Its only soup at this hour anyways (always stayed places where thet have a nice slection for you to choose from) Charming so had to venture out at 12.30 once we had been to the filthy room (which I complained about and they didn't have anything else for us apparently) sick on the back of the door, wee on the floor in the bathroom, poo (or what appears to be) on the bin, un safe nail out of the floor being used as some sort of door stop, tatty beds, ripped curtain net (these were filty), dirty bedding, sweat stained pillows, smelt unclean. so had to wait till the morning (thank the lord I took my own bedding). Next morning I demanded a move which did happen! Double beds are like sleeping on a slab of wood, single beds are all good if u like springs in your back! The whole hotel needs a good scrub. The pool was OK but we only used it twice u could feel stones and things on the bottom it just didn't feel clean. Food is basic and doesn't cater well for English people my fussy 8 year old didn't have a wide selection and then what he did eat made him sick. No covers on food, no labels/food allergy information this is most definatly not a 4* Air conditioning is only in the room! Spa experience was nice. If you do still go here repeat and sol restaurant are nice to eat out at (out of the hotel first left follow the road up). And there's a megos (supermarket) 3 miles around the corner. If you can pay to transfer to another hotel we went 5* last year which was amazing so going to turkey again I would only stay 5* personally All in all this was not the relaxing holiday experience I was hoping for before the arrival of a new one and returning to work and university! Avoid at all cost. I couldn't wait to get home. We went 10th to 18th August.
