"The room size listed on Trip.com was very different from reality. The website stated 45 square feet, but it was actually only about half of that. We paid for breakfast at the hotel, but the staff said our room wasn't ready yet, so they couldn't give us the room card or breakfast vouchers. I asked for a receipt to prove I had paid for breakfast, but the hotel surprisingly said they don't issue receipts according to their policy. Only after I had a local person complain to them did they finally provide a payment receipt. Moreover, the breakfast selection was unbelievably bad – the worst I've ever seen. I advise everyone not to book the hotel breakfast; it's a complete waste of money. There was a lot of bird droppings on the hotel balcony that hadn't been cleaned, and the hot water in the bathroom ran out after just a few minutes. Aside from its good location and nice views, everything else about this hotel is subpar."
