"This is a brand-new hotel that opened on July 3, 2026. It is exactly the same as other Dormy Inn locations. The hot springs seem a bit better, and there is an additional outdoor bath. It is a 6-minute walk from JR Komatsu Station. I couldn't have breakfast because my flight was early in the morning, but I assume it is similar to other branches. Everything is brand new. That is why I was surprised; seeing that the condition is similar to the Fukuoka Dormy Inn, which is nearly 20 years old, I feel a sense of respect for their maintenance. A 6-minute walk from Komatsu Station. Also a 6-minute walk to the airport bus stop. It takes about 12 minutes (4km) to the airport by bus. The fare is 310 yen. A taxi to the airport costs 1,500-2,000 yen. If you are traveling with two or three people, taking a taxi from the hotel to the airport seems like a good option."

"I stayed here in December. The lowest temperature was 3 degrees, so it was cold outside, but the hotel was heated and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and razors were available at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. It was only a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very convenient for Komatsu Airport. I was very satisfied."

"By chance, I ended up staying at a historic inn for three days and two nights. What I liked about it was that even if you didn't tell the staff your arrival time, they would do their best to greet you when you arrived, and it seemed like they made the same effort to see you off when you left. However, they don't keep track of where guests' shoes are, so if you're in a hurry, it might be easier to do it yourself. The hot springs were also very pleasant. What I found a bit questionable, as others have mentioned, was that we found hair in the side dishes on two occasions. The bathroom floor in our room creaked so loudly that it was irritating. Also, the tap water had a metallic taste, even after gargling, so if you're sensitive to that, I wouldn't recommend drinking it. Because our bedroom was on the second floor, the light was shining right at our head, making it too bright and making it difficult to sleep, and some of the lights in the room didn't work. The staff went and fixed some of them. I had saved the one-day supply of coffee amenity I'd planned to drink all at once on my last day, but I didn't use it, and there wasn't any left for the second day. So I asked an elderly man who happened to be near the reception desk for a second day's supply, explaining the reason. He reluctantly handed it to me, saying, "It's okay once, but you'll have to pay for anything after that." If you don't want to be bothered by the amenities provided for your stay, I recommend removing any unused amenities from their designated areas. It may have been a coincidence, but during my stay, the staff were mostly young foreigners and older, with hardly any mid-career staff, and the service felt inconsistent. My three-day, two-night stay honestly made me question what it means to be a traditional, established inn. I didn't have time to see the gardens, so they're not included in my review."
