Feels like home from home. Been before and the welcome received was amazing. Feel like part of the family. Staff amazing, especially Antonio, Gina and the manager. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the waitresses so friendly. Missed panos, but Gina made up for it. Will definitely be back. Food 5 star plus as was our room. No complaints and can't praise highly enough. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We will be back. Liz and Christine.

This hotel is definitely what it says, 5*. This was mine and my partners first time in Greece and it did not disappoint. The food was always amazing, every member of staff was so welcoming and it was a relaxing place to spend a week. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and they were all so friendly. There isn’t much around the area but you can get a bus for around €3 to the Old Port in Chania. Lots of different themed nights and little things to do at the hotel. We did the wine tasting night and it was a great experience. We never go back to the same place twice but we cannot wait to come back here again soon. Thank you Cavo Spada for making our first time in Greece so special

My partner uses a wheelchair so we picked this hotel as it was advertised as wheelchair friendly. We could access everywhere by one ramp or other. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a hoist at the swimming pool but we managed. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. The food was buffet style with a wide range of choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff were all very helpful especially the manager who couldn't do enough for us. Evening entertainment on only two evenings, a violinist and a saxophonist, both enjoyable but oity they didn't put something on every night

The best hotel we have ever been to. Professional manager, super Nice staff, specially Antonis at the restaurant and Panos at the pool bar, super friendly from day 1. We have been here for 1 week now and have 1 week left. Food is variated and high quality Cleaning is 10/10 Gym facilities indoor and outdoor are great We will be back, i would like to recommend this hotel for everyone. Greetings from Jan and Daniela

У нас заканчивается наш потрясающий отдых в отеле Cavo Spada. В первую очередь хочется отметить работу персонала , невероятно дружелюбные, отзывчивые и готовые прийти на помощь, причем это касается абсолютно всего персонала: ресепшен, клининг, ресторан, бар… Мы заказали номер с видом на бассейн но нам достался номер с видом не на главный а на малый бассейн, мы очень расстроились и попросили на ресепшен поменять нам номер ( если честно даже не надеялись что это получится) но нам повезло и менеджер на ресепшен сказал нам что со среды мы можем переехать в другой номер прямо как мы и хотели с видом на главный бассейн и море 🥳 мы были очень рады и благодарны за помощь! Спасибо 🙏!!! Еды в ресторане относительно не очень много но она очень вкусная и именно местная. Каждый день что-то новое и всегда свежее и вкусное. Мы так же были в ресторане Аля карт это был невероятный опыт, очень вкусно , душевное обслуживание, красивая посуда! Очень рекомендуем! Аля карт на ланч был тоже очень вкусным, достаточно большое меню , можно обедать с видом на море 😍 самое вкусное на мой вкус это «Буреки» 👍👌! Номера просторные , удобные кровати и подушки, Уборка два раза в день, всегда пополняют воду. Шезлонгов в зеленой зоне всегда достаточно, бассейн просторный, есть аква-аэробика и йога. Бар у бассейна украшает территорию, удобно заказывать напитки , все кто там работает очень милые, веселые и позитивные!!! Екатерина и Андрей😊

Offering an unforgettable stay, Hotel Cavo Spada sets the bar high for exceptional service, friendly staff, and a truly memorable experience for all guests. Check-In and Reception:Upon arriving at Hotel Cavo Spada, I was instantly captivated by the grandeur of the lobby. The warm and welcoming staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel valued and appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, ensuring that my stay began on a positive note. The front desk team's knowledge and professionalism were truly commendable. Room Comfort and Amenities:The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The room was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of tranquility. The comfortable bed provided an excellent night's sleep, ensuring that I woke up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The extra bed for my oldest son, did however not meet expectations being too short and hard. Dining Experience: Buffet boasts a diverse selection of lovely dishes (for Ultra Plus guest as myself there were a few other restaurant alternatives) Fitness room: Needs an upgrade but met my minimum expectations Swimming pool and beach: Exelent

Hôtel très agréable, bien placé pour visiter l’ouest de la crête !! Nous étions en ALL exclusif, repas variés et très bons, cocktails à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Un petit plus pour le serveur du bar de la piscine qui fait des cocktails selon le jour sans suppléments. L’ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et professionnel, même si très peu parle le français. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Nous avions réservés une chambre vue mer mais nous avons eu une chambre supérieure avec une piscine semi privée vue jardin, donc un surclassement, nous avons adoré avec mon épouse !! Je remercie le personnel d’accueil pour les petits conseils des visites aux alentours ( parkings et horaires adéquates) Hôtel à taille humaine, vous pouvez venir en couple ou en famille !! La piscine type lagon est magnifique, dommage par contre que la plage qui est en assez direct n’est pas assez exploitée !! ( pas de paddle, pas de canoë) Sinon les 3 animations de la semaine sont très sympa (disco, violon, saxo) Nous reviendrons certainement dans les années avenirs avec nos enfants et nos gendres !! Encore un grand merci pour ce superbe séjour à l’équipe du Cavo Spada !!

Hotel Très bien entretenu, chambre spacieux et personnel très accueillent et professionnel (gentillesse) Personnel de la réception parle français Magnifique piscine et transats toujours disponible à n importe quelle heure. La plage de galets est relié à l hotel Excursion réservé part l hotel était superbe avec un prix abordable . Buffet variés mais répétitif petit bémol Super séjour

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled. The staff was great, the manager was very friendly and the food was delicious!
