"I had a really strange experience at this hotel. It's a Sheraton resort, beachfront, with a gorgeous beach. However, it's all self-service. I had to park my own car and carry my own luggage. There simply weren't enough sun loungers for all the guests; you had to reserve them early in the morning, just like at cheap hotels in Turkey. And the loungers themselves didn't even have umbrellas! Unbelievable! Room service brought food with, you won't believe it, the cheapest plastic forks and knives. Even on airplanes, you get better cutlery. Beach towels had to be signed out. If you wanted an umbrella, a sun lounger with an umbrella was $100 USD, and a cabana was $250 USD per day. As for the food in the restaurant, like most places in the US, it's very much for meat lovers with a caramel sauce, reminiscent of cheap motel diners. Plus, on top of all this, you'll pay an additional $59 USD per night for Hawaii state taxes! Seriously, don't be fooled by the Sheraton brand and its 5-star rating. At best, it's a 3-star equivalent, but it costs an arm and a leg."

"O quarto é Grande porque o quarto FOI atualizado com a recepção de lua-de-mel do marido. Há UMA microondas e UMA máquina de lavar roupa e secar roupa no quarto, de modo que as roupas podem ser lavadas imediatamente após o pôr no banho fora todos OS dias. Além disso, a manhã é relatada para UMA viagem rápida. Sem tempo para o pequeno-almoço do hotel, faço UMA coisa rápida no quarto. "Beautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot."

"I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room. The room was very big. The bed in the master bedroom was very big, and the other room had two single beds. One bathroom was very big. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was not much to eat near the hotel, so it was good to stay here, suitable for families who want to cook. There was only one supermarket, Big Save, nearby. But I had to ask not to stay on the first floor when I checked in. At first, I was given a first floor. Because the sound insulation in the room was too poor, I could hear the footsteps on the second floor very clearly. I didn't sleep well all night. I moved to the third floor, the highest floor. The swimming pool was not bad, and you can walk directly to the beach from there."

"This resort is in a perfect location on the southern coast of Kauai. The trade winds blow consistently to keep you cool. The beach provides great snorkeling and swimming. Our villa was in the perfect location, upper floor facing the ocean overlooking the main pool. It was very quiet except for a Minah bird on one morning. Kitchen is well equipped but we did request a non-stick pan and rice maker. Perking is underground so cars stay cool in hot Hawaiian sun. One of the best resort fitness centers we’ve been too. Lots of machines and space. We’d stay here again in another trip to Kauai"

"Fantastic property - super clean, well maintained, three pools to choose from, 10min walk to Poipu Beach. Unit 811 even has a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, boogie board, all-terrain folding wagon and more. Absolutely phenomenal value for the price. The AC is also STRONG which is very much appreciated in humid summers."
