Room is cleaned, but slippers should also be provided, water should be provided free of cost, early check in and late check out options should be available

The stay was average. The staff was rude he denied saying that the booking was not made yet. I had to contact makemytrip. But the manager was good. The room was clean but all the plugs were hanging out. The paint was also coming out. The lights got off for half and hour which is not at all acceptable. The restaurant was good loved the food
the service was also good with minimal conversation. A/c was also not working. The area were the hotel is situated is not that good but the interior of hotel was good

Food, amenities and services are good with excellent staff. However with the property's location we struggled a lot. Because we always travel and prefer to travel local. Their security person is a very warm heart. He guided us for local transport areas related with bus route and metro

The washroom was not clean there was a pungent smell in the washroom as if some sewer lines are choked and emitting foul smell secondly not all the lights in the room was working in complement breakfast thy were offering puri sabji was worst.
